Objective:according to the survey data in 2018,the overall myopia rate of children and adolescents in China is 53.6%,including 14.5%of 6-year-old children,36%of primary school students,71.6%of junior high school students and 81%of senior high school students.Children and adolescents are the high incidence of myopia, and the trend of younger age is obvious. If the eyes work for a long time and close distance, they will not get enough relaxation and rest, which will cause the spasm of ciliary muscle and the disorder of refractive system, which will lead to the occurrence of myopia.Exercise of dynamic vision(kVA)can activate the function of ciliary muscle and adjust its spasm state, thus affecting the development of myopia.Track and field basic practice belongs to the closed sports, which has a low utilization rate of dynamic vision in sports. It is the basis of developing other skills, and it takes up a large proportion in the primary school physical education teaching tasks. If in the process of sports, the dynamic vision tasks are reasonably added, and the use of far near alternate tracking vision(dynamic vision)is increased, the function of exercising vision can be developed It is of great significance to use normal teaching time to intervene vision effectively. This study is divided into two parts:the first part is to add dynamic vision task in basic track and field practice and to design and compile experimental intervention program;the second part is to implement the intervention program and verify its impact on the vision of fourth grade myopia pupils. The main goal of this study is to try to recover normal vision of patients with mild myopia, moderate myopia to mild myopia and high myopia to moderate myopia through experimental intervention, and to delay and control the development speed of myopia as much as possible. Methods:using the methods of literature, logical analysis and simulation to design and compile the intervention program, and using the methods of observation, test, experiment and mathematical statistics,37 myopia students and 37 non myopia students in the fourth grade of Suzhou experimental primary school were intervened for 16 weeks. Before the experiment, the dynamic and static visual acuity were tested as pretest, middle test 8 weeks after the intervention, and post test 16 weeks after the intervention. After the experiment,SPSS 25.0 was used to set up the database for analysis and processing.Results:1.The dynamic vision of myopia students before, during and after the experiment was significantly improved(P<0.01).2.Before,during and after the experiment, the static visual acuity of myopic students improved significantly(P<0.01);the recovery rate of myopic students reached 32%,among which 2%of them decreased from high myopia to moderate myopia,14%from moderate myopia to mild myopia,2%from moderate myopia to normal visual acuity,30%from mild myopia to normal visual acuity,52%did not change.3.There was a significant difference in the dynamic vision of male and female myopia before and after the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment, the difference between the dynamic vision of male and female myopia before, during and after the experiment was eliminated(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the static vision of male and female myopia before, during and after the experiment(P>0.05).4.There was no significant difference in dynamic visual acuity before, during and after the experiment(P>0.05);there was significant difference in static visual acuity(P<0.05);the myopia rate of the whole sample decreased by 15%.Conclusion:1.Through the experimental intervention, the dynamic vision of myopic students has been significantly improved, which shows that the dynamic vision of fourth grade myopic students can be developed by adding the dynamic vision task to the basic track and field exercise.2.The track and field basic exercise with dynamic vision task has a positive impact on the static vision of myopia primary school students, and plays a controlling role in the development process of myopia.3.There is no difference in static vision between male and female myopia, but there is difference in dynamic vision, which can be eliminated by intervention of dynamic vision task.4.The effect of experimental intervention on the dynamic and static vision of myopia students is more obvious, which plays a positive role in the prevention of myopia.
