Secondary vocational schools are an important base for training compound and technical talents.After graduating from mechanical and electrical integration,students can engage in manufacture,operation management and maintenance of automation equipment such as milling machines,drilling machines,and assembly lines.C language is used as an introductory programming language,which will lay a good foundation for computer students to learn higher-level programming,such as JAVA and VB.It also lays the foundation for the students of electromechanical integration majors to learn the courses of single chip microcomputer and PLC.As the most important part of the C language course,hands-on training has not been valued in many schools and needs to be further improved.This article aims at the teaching status of C language training courses in the mechatronics major of secondary vocational schools,using observation methods,questionnaires and interviews,investigations were conducted on students of mechatronics majors in secondary vocational schools,teachers of C language courses,and relevant personnel of enterprises,analyze the disadvantages of C language training courses in secondary vocational schools nowadays,and propose corresponding countermeasures against them.The findings indicate these problems in secondary vocational schools:Students with mechatronics majors have poor study habits,do not prepare before class,and do not complete assignments independently after class;The shortage of off-campus teacher training bases has led to the shortage of "double-teacher" in secondary vocational schools;The students of mechanical and electrical integration majors in secondary vocational schools are not optimistic about their professional literacy,and the teachers in the classroom have not paid attention to the cultivation of professional literacy in the teaching process.This article combines the actual situation of C language courses of Suzhou Industrial Park Industrial Technology School,and puts forward the following suggestions for the problem:Arrange the C language teachers and other teachers in our school to participate in the training,or hire front-line employees of the company as part-time teachers to improve the ratio of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools;Integrate multiple teaching methods,such as group cooperation,multiperson discussion,promote the teaching of C language practical skills,and make full use of information resources.
