The prosperity of the nation lies in education and the rejuvenation of education lies in teachers.With the deepening development of basic education curriculum reform in China,more and more attention has been paid to the construction of teachers' team,and higher requirements have been put forward for teachers' professional quality and ability.The teaching competition began in the 1950 s,more than half a century of development,it has gradually become an effective platform for teachers to demonstrate their ability level,exchange learning and teaching patterns and methods,and promote their own professional development,which is of great significance for improving the overall quality of teachers.With the continuous development of the history curriculum reform,history teaching competitions in different places are flux and reflux.However,due to people's lack of comprehensive and objective understanding of teaching competitions,as well as many problems exposed in the development process of teaching competitions,leading to the teaching competition being criticized and losing its own value and significance.In view of many problems,on the basis of theoretical research,and through questionnaire survey and interview,understand the current situation of history teaching competition in middle school,and to sort out the problems in the main body,process and effect of the competition.To overcome these problems,teachers must first strengthen their awareness of self-development,correctly recognize and position the history classroom teaching competition,and secondly,the school should strengthen the emphasis on the history classroom teaching competition,establish a corresponding system guarantee system,and finally the organizers should pay attention to history the quality of classroom competition activities,constantly improves the evaluation mechanism of historical teaching competitions and expands its influence.Only with the joint efforts of all parties can the middle school history classroom teaching competition play its greatest role in promoting the professional growth of history teachers and the progress of history teaching.There are “worries” and “advantages” in middle school history teaching competition,through collection and sorted out the teaching design,teaching records and other related resources of the middle school history teaching competition classroom,the advantages and experience of history competition course are explored,from the four aspects of teaching objectives,curriculum resources,teaching process,teaching media and blackboard writing summarizes the generation strategies of the middle school history competition course,highlighting the practical value of the middle school history teaching competition,hope to can provide some reference for history teachers.
