Tennis booming in our country,various international competitions in domestic,high level of tennis competition is gradually increased,amateur competitions also emerge in endlessly,need a lot of high level tennis referees to ensure the smooth progress of amateur competitions is the main unit of our tennis referees cultivation in colleges and universities,in a steady stream of input excellent tennis referee to the society,colleges and universities in training tennis umpire has many advantages,complete teaching facilities,teacher force strong,students have higher cultural quality and sports foundation Colleges and universities in the aspect of the curriculum is comprehensive,targeted for students majoring in teaching,has been completely to nurture outstanding students tennis referees in order to improve the condition of college students cultivate tennis referees level of business,in order to more comprehensive and objective find out the factors influencing the students' ability to judge,in this paper,9 universities in henan province tennis specialise in the part of students and teachers to investigate and access.The results show that:1.The goal of training tennis students' referee ability in colleges and universities in South Province is too general,the training system is not perfect,the allocation of class hours is unreasonable,and there is a lack of practical links and evaluation links.2.In the actual teaching,the teachers have fewer class hours,single teaching methods and low utilization rate of multimedia,which can not meet the needs of students.3.The students majoring in tennis competition rules and refereeing methods are not optimistic,and their understanding of tennis techniques and tactics is poor.Most students need to strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge and techniques and tactics.4.In the process of cultivating the referee ability of students majoring in Henan Province,colleges and universities in Henan Province do not pay attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability.However,most of the competitions held by the students are teaching competitions carried out by the departments,and the students do not have the experience of adjudicating high-level events.5.The organization of tennis associations in most areas is not perfect,and the examination of referee grades below the second level and below can not be organized,which leads to the students trained in colleges and universities can not obtain the referee grade certificate in time,which hinders the development of students.After analysis,some reference suggestions are put forward: 1.Colleges and universities should make the goal of training tennis students' referee ability more detailed and selectively formulate learning plans and goals.It makes the colleges and universities in Henan Province become an important base for the cultivation of talents with one specialty and multiple abilities in a real sense.2.Colleges and universities should perfect the training system of tennis students' referee ability,ensure that each link of training can be implemented concretely,and combine the training links effectively to improve the training efficiency.3.When colleges and universities cultivate the referee ability of special students,they should strengthen students' cognition of referee work.The school holds lectures or training on referees regularly every year,so as to improve the referee's ability.The students' interest in learning enriches the teaching content.4.Many groups of exchange competitions between colleges and universities not only test the technical level of students,but also increase the opportunities for students to communicate with the outside world.5.Strengthen the exchanges between colleges and universities and tennis associations,carry out joint training,so that the student referees trained by colleges and universities can obtain the corresponding grade certificates in time,and strongly hold events together.The selection of referees can be drawn from students who have obtained the referee's grade certificate.
