Thispaper mainly is carries on the internal and external factors of judging ability for the TwelfthNational Games tennis umpire analysis, which focuses on analysis of the Twelfth NationalGames tennis umpire performance status, comprehensive understanding and analysis of theTwelfth National Games tennis project referees judging level, find out the influence of tennisreferee in competition commanding factors the cutting ability.In this paper, using literature, logic analysis, questionnaire survey, expert interviews andother research methods, through the field in the Twelfth National Games tennis participationand observation, investigation,analysis and Research on the influence of various factors judging ability of tennis referee. The survey results showed that:(1) the National Tennis referees inthe game of omission, fault phenomenon appear occasionally, but all the good occupationmoral quality;(2) the National Tennis international level and a few national referees businessability is very good, most of the national level and the national level for the big tennistournament practical experience is less, so the professional skill is not good;(3) the NationalTennis young referees accounted for a large proportion, psychological factors on the effectof the more obvious;(4) the National Games China international level and national tennis referees have simple English communication ability, the National Tennis referee foreign languagelevel is low (;5) Games tennis judges from a career in sports workers, with the body ofthe quality can overcome various difficulties in the play;(6) the national tennis competitionsystem has many contradictions, the tennis referee law is not detailed enough. Through theanalysis of the tennis referees referee cut ability influence factors and their own actualsituation, proposed the development countermeasure of effective:(1) to further strengthen the occupation morals level of national level and the national level tennis referee, to ensurethat the game is more fair;(2) the spot experience tennis referees, strengthen learning theknowledge;(3) training tennis referee good self-confidence and will power,build a strong psychological quality;(4) strengthen foreign language communication ability, for the future to more tennis tournament to do a solid foundation;(5) strengthen the physical quality training, guarantee the sufficient rest time (6;) further strengthen the perfect tennis competition legislation supervision system, and strengthen the refinement on the referee method.
