With the development of vocational education,under the support and guarantee of a series of national policy documents,the transfer service has increasingly become an important job in vocational secondary professional schools with special education.The transfer service is a smooth transition for hearing impaired students from school life to social life bridge.However,it is worrying that at this stage,hearing-impaired special education schools lack a systematic and targeted transfer plan,and hearing-impaired high school students receiving transfer services often have a low level of career adaptability,which is difficult to cope with new roles and new environments.Variety.This study is based on the perspective of career resilience,investigates the current status of transfer services in hearing-impaired schools,understands the overall level and rules of career resilience of hearing-impaired high school students,and prepares for the transition plan;The core of this study is the formulation and implementation of the transfer pain.This study takes Weifang S School in Shandong Province as an example.Through interviews and questionnaires,it is found that at this stage,schools provide diversified,multi-selected,and multi-type transfer services for hearing-impaired high school students,which basically meets the basic needs of students.But lacks a transfer assessment and a systematic,targeted transfer service plan;the overall level of career resilience of hearing impaired high school students is lower than the average score;the transfer service provided by the school is in line with the students' actual level of career resilience Break away.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate a systematic and targeted transfer service plan to improve the level of career adaptability and quality of transfer services for hearing impaired high School students.This study combines existing theories and the results of previous investigations to formulate a transfer plan based on Savickas' four-dimensional construction model of career resilience.Taking time as the node,after repeated screening and modification,the transfer service process including the three stages before the transfer service implementation,the transfer service implementation and the transfer service implementation were finalized,and the transfer service evaluation and plan were compiled.Table to assist the promotion of the transfer service process to the transfer plan including service items,service content,goal setting,strategy,time and person in charge.As a result,a service transfer plan for hearing-impaired secondary vocational Education schools was formed.
