With the continuous development of special education and vocational education in China,issues such as vocational education and employment transfer of disabled students have received more and more attention.The state has issued a series of policies and regulations to provide important guidance and protection for further developing the employment of disabled students.At this stage,the employment security system for disabled people in China has gradually been improved.Due to the impact of various factors such as the level of economic and social development in the region,employment resources,and so on,the employment problem of autistic adolescents in China is still quite serious on the whole.In order to solve the above problems,the most important thing is to provide an effective employment transfer service for autistic adolescents,that is,through systematic and professional guidance for autistic adolescents,as well as corresponding resource support,to enable them to smoothly embark on work and participate in social life.Through a case study of an autistic adolescent,this study was based on career adaptability,and developed an individualized employment transfer service plan that meets the actual needs of the student and is also conducive to the development of his career adaptability,successfully helped the autistic adolescents achieve successful transition from school to employment.Then,we continuously discovered problems,reflected,modified,and adjusted service plans during the process of providing transfer services.Finally,this study summarized a feasible and effective "employment transfer service implementation process model based on improvement of occupational adaptability" for adolescents with autism.This study draws the following conclusions: 1.The implementation of employment transfer service plans based on occupational adaptability can effectively improve the occupational adaptation and employ ability of autistic adolescents,enabling them to obtain successful employment.2.The implementation process model of employment transfer services based on occupational adaptability has a targeted and operable reference role for the employment of adolescents with autism.3.The formulation and implementation of employment transfer service plans for adolescents with autism are influenced by various factors,which will directly affect the effectiveness of employment transfer services.On the ground of process and effectiveness of providing employment transfer services based on occupational adaptability for young people with autism.This study started from reality,reflected on issues,summarized experience,and attempts to provide some suggestions for the education and practice of future employment transfer services for young people with autism from the social,school,and family levels for reference.1.Social level: building a social employment transfer support system for the disabled,creating a social integration environment for accepting the employment of autistic adolescents,and providing diverse employment placement methods for autistic adolescents.2.School level: attaching importance to the professional development and training of "employment transfer" for teachers,providing personalized employment transfer services for autistic adolescents,and establish communication channels between internal and external internships and employment related units.3.Family level:cultivating parents’ awareness to help and support the employment of autistic adolescents,and attaching importance to family action support for children’s employment cooperation work.
