Research On The Construction Of Harmonious Labor Relations In State-owned Enterprises From The Perspective Of Marx's Theory Of Labor Relations

Production is the cornerstone of the socialist economic system,an important institutional guarantee for the realization of the fundamental interests of the people,and the material basis for the realization of the common prosperity of all people.As the basic lifeline of public economy,state-owned enterprises are the pillar of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics.However,whether the labor relations of state-owned enterprises are harmonious or not is not only related to the development of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics,but also related to the future and destiny of the country and the nation.Therefore,the construction of harmonious labor relations of state-owned enterprises is related to the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Marx's theory of labor relations was born in a society dominated by private ownership of means of production and capital.Based on the theory of labor value and surplus value,he reveals the fact that capitalists exploit and squeeze workers by means of employing labor in order to realize capital appreciation.Under the capitalist mode of production,the bourgeoisie holds the surplus value of the working class without compensation,the gap between the rich and the poor widens,and labor conflicts occur frequently.Marx believed that this was caused by theprivate ownership of the means of production,and the proletariat could only unite to overthrow the rule of the bourgeoisie,eliminate exploitation,and finally realize the all-round development of human beings.With the continuous improvement of the market economic system and the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises,a series of problems appear in labor relations.Marx is standing on the position of the working class,through revealing the root cause of the conflict of labor relations,to make a scientific prediction for the socialist labor relations.This is a good reference for dealing with the labor relations of state-owned enterprises.This paper consists of five parts.The first part of the introduction mainly describes the background,significance,research results at home and abroad,research methods,research focus,difficulties and innovative significance.The second part defines the related concepts involved in the article,including labor relations,labor relations and harmonious labor relations,so as to make the concepts used in the paper clearer.The third part systematically analyzes the formation process,content,essence,value goal and modern guiding value of Marx's labor relations theory,aiming at the combination of theory and reality based on Marx's labor relations theory system and the problems of state-owned enterprises.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of the state-owned enterprises,and points out that there are a series of problems in the state-owned enterprises,such as the differentiation of the working class,the imperfectprotection of the rights and interests of the workers,the unfair employment of the workers,and the inability of the trade unions to really protect the rights and interests of the workers.The fifth part,in view of the problems existing in the state-owned enterprises,provides countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of harmonious labor relations in the state-owned enterprises from the aspects of the role of the government in guiding and supervising,the transformation of the management concept of the enterprises,the improvement of the quality of the workers,and the democratic management of the trade unions.
