Research On Building Harmonious Labor Relations In Qingshan District Of Baotou City

Constructing harmonious labor relations is one of the components of building harmonious social relations.The stability of labor relations is the basis for promoting regional economic and social development.The Party and governments at all levels have always made unremitting efforts in improving labor relations.At present,China’s economic development has changed from the pursuit of GDP to the pursuit of sustainable high quality,market development has also changed from passive demand side to active supply side reform,and economic structure reform has had a significant impact on the labor relationship of enterprises.In the context of the global outbreak of COVID-19,it is more difficult for enterprises to develop,layoffs and salary cuts continue to occur,and labor relations are tense.As a typical industrial area,commercial area and financial area,Qingshan District of Baotou City has been growing continuously,and it is particularly important to build a harmonious and stable labor relationship.Entering the new era,in the face of the new situation,how to adjust and develop labor relations has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper studies the construction of harmonious labor relations in Qingshan District of Baotou City,which has strong practical guiding value.This paper uses literature analysis,survey interview,statistical analysis,comparative research method,study,study,the concept of labor relations to define and expand,according to the multi-center governance theory,Sandward labor relations system theory,explore baotou qingshan district to build a harmonious labor relationship path,method.The paper summarizes the experience results of building harmonious labor relations comprehensive pilot area,collects and analyzes the building of harmonious labor relations questionnaire,summarizes the current situation of building harmonious labor relations,the problems and the reasons,and then the center to participate in the center put forward specific measures to realize the harmonious relations and stability of labor relations in qingshan area.
