Kindergarten rules are the norms and norms that children should abide by in their daily life,learning and interpersonal communication.They are an important part of the formation of children's awareness of rules and social awareness.Although kindergartens teach children to abide by the rules from the beginning of small classes,children's violations still occur frequently in kindergartens.As one of the important others in the process of children's growth,children's companion has an important influence on children's growth.Children will consciously make their own judgment and intervention when they see their peers make violations,including the awareness and attitude of their peers' violations,as well as the action level to take some actions to intervene and deal with,in order to maintain the order of activities or their own interests.Children's coping with peer violations is not only a part of their social interaction,but also in the process of coping,children themselves will re understand and understand the rules,so as to form their own awareness of the rules.At the same time,paying attention to children's coping behavior and cultivating children's coping ability are also the important foundation for the formation of their social responsibility consciousness and social participation consciousness when they participate in society in the future.In this study,71 children from two large classes in two kindergartens in Wuhan were selected as the objects of observation.Natural observation and interview were used to focus on the real situation of children's response to peer violations.Combined with data analysis,the characteristics of children's response to peer violations were presented,and the possible causes behind their response were analyzed,and then the improvement of children's correctness was proposed Educational suggestions on the ability to deal with violations.Based on the data statistics and chi square test of 173 coping events,it is concluded that the characteristics of children's coping with peer violations are as follows:coping mainly occurs in the transitional link;the majority of coping objects are male coping,the majority of same-sex coping;coping emotions are mainly negative emotions;coping content,the scope of coping rules is to deal with violations of learning rules The main source of coping rules is to deal with the events that violate the explicit rules;the main coping strategies are imitation/response and strategies;the main coping style is verbal response;the majority of response feedback is ignore/continue.According to the data results and the supplement of interview data,the researcher concludes that there are five factors that affect the children's coping with their peers'violations,which are:Children's personal factors,including children's emotional characteristics,same-sex preference,language development and social interaction ability;children's peer factors,including peer relationship and peer authority;teacher factors,including teacher demonstration and teacher class management Rule factors include unreasonable rule making,unclear rule connotation communication,activity situation factors,etc.Based on the above research results,the educational suggestions for improving children's ability to deal with violations correctly and their awareness of rules and social responsibility include:first,to recognize the value of children's response behavior and pay attention to it;second,to give children space and power to make response to violations;third,to observe and guide children's response behavior;fourth,to organize children's response behavior The theme of education activities for violations of regulations;fifth,to examine their own response behavior and conduct model demonstration;sixth,to enhance the suitability of kindergarten rules.
