Young children will encounter a variety of problems and difficulties in their lives and will easily fall into difficulties.In order to get rid of the predicament,young children can ask adults for help or help from their peers.When young children ask for help from their peers,young children interact.Children's help-seeking behavior refers to a behavioral and social interaction method that actively seeks help from peers when they encounter difficulties that they cannot solve during peer interactions,which plays an important role in the social development of children.In this study,a large class was selected from Q kindergarten in Baoding as the research object,a total of 36 children.Observation method and random interview method are mainly used to collect children's help-seeking behavior cases through in-depth interaction with children's peers,present the characteristics of children's peers' help,and analyze the reasons.The results of the study are as follows:1.Play activities are the main positions for children's help-seeking behavior.The background frequency of children's help-seeking behaviors in order from high to low is: game activities,teaching activities,life activities.In addition,there is no significant difference in gender in the context of peer assistance.2.Speech is the main means of children's help-seeking behavior.The main ways of children's help are non-verbal help and verbal help.Among them,non-verbal help includes eye help and action help.In addition,there is no significant difference in gender in the way peers ask for help.3.Inadequate self-skills and unknown things are the main reasons for young children to ask for help.The causes of the children's help-seeking behavior are in order from the most to the least: personal skills,things that are unknown to themselves,material needs and emotional psychology,personal belongings,placement of play aids,use of resources,influence by others,and daily routine.In addition,there are extremely significant differences in the reasons for peer help.4.The result of children's help is mainly success.Responses of help-seeking people are divided into direct assistance,providing solutions to problems,invalid responses,rejections,no response after discovery,no discovery,and direct assistance.Judging from the results of help,it shows that children's companions have the ability to solve problems.In addition,there are extremely significant differences in the reasons for seeking help from peers,significant differences in the ways of asking for help,and no significant differences in the circumstances of asking for help.5.The children's feedback behaviors of helpers mainly include quiet acceptance type,active struggle type and passive resistance type,mainly quiet acceptance type.In addition,there is no significant difference in gender in the behavior of feedback from helpers.6.Researchers divide children's help-seeking behaviors into six categories according to their reasons for asking for help.The frequency of occurrence is from behavioral dilemma,self-knowledge inquiry,material demand,emotional demand,obeying rules,self-protection.type.In addition,there are extremely significant differences in the type of help.7.Young children have more choices in peer interaction for help.In addition,there are significant differences in the help-seeking scenarios,results,and types of children seeking help,and there are no significant differences in help-seeking methods,helper gender,and feedback behavior.8.In children's help-seeking behaviors,girls ask for help from their peers more than boys ask for help from peers.According to the conclusions of the study,the researchers put forward the following suggestions: a comprehensive and objective look at the help-seeking behavior of young children's companions;guiding children to standardize their help-seeking behavior.
