Building a socialist country ruled by law is a systematic project,and comprehensively governing the country according to law is a broad and profound revolution in our country.The establishment of a socialist country under the rule of law in China is closely related to every citizen.The literacy of citizens is an important condition for building a country under the rule of law.As the backbone of the country's future society,teenagers will contribute to the country's construction and development,and contribute their own labor and wisdom.Therefore,having a correct awareness of the rule of law is of vital importance to the construction of our socialist country ruled by law.The ideological and political course in high school is an important course to cultivate students 'awareness of the rule of law,and its role in the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law is irreplaceable by other courses.As one of the four core qualities of the high school ideological and political curriculum standards,the awareness of the rule of law is one of the four core qualities in the practical teaching process.Based on the current situation of social development in China and the actual situation at the beginning of the implementation of the new curriculum standards,this article studies the problem of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law in high school ideological and political courses,analyzes the problems,and proposes effective countermeasures.The first part starts with the definition of the rule of law awareness in the high school ideological and political course.The rule of law awareness cultivated in the high school ideological and political course is different from the conventionally defined rule of law awareness.Therefore,according to the curriculum standards of high school ideological and political courses,the characteristics of psychological stages of high school students,and the content of teaching materials,the meaning of the rule of law awareness of high school ideological and political courses is defined.Secondly,the importance of cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law in the ideological and political courses of high schools is expounded.The second part,through questionnaire surveys and interviews to understand the current situation of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law in high school ideological and political courses,and analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in high school ideological and political courses.The third part is to analyze the internal reasons based on the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in high school ideological and political courses.The internal reasons are mainly analyzed from three aspects:education subject,education object,and education environment.The fourth part is about the problems and causes of cultivating the rule of law awareness in high school ideological and political courses,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.There are five main countermeasures.First:clarify the goal of cultivating the rule of law awareness in high school ideological and political courses;second:attach importance to the professional development of teachers and help students develop the awareness of rule of law;third:teachers guide students to cultivate the awareness of rule of law based on deep learning;Four:Focus on the core qualities of the discipline,and focus on the assessment of students' awareness of the rule of law;Fifth:Connect social resources and establish a resource library for the rule of law education in high school ideological and political courses.
