Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Cultivating Students' Awareness Of The Rule Of Law In The Politics Class Of Senior High School

The curriculum standards for ideological and political courses in ordinary high schools(2017 edition)condensed the core quality of political courses in high schools into "political identity","scientific spirit","sense of rule of law" and "public participation".Cultivating high school students’ awareness of the rule of law plays a very important role in realizing the comprehensive rule of law,practicing the core accomplishment of high school political discipline,improving the professional accomplishment of political course teachers and cultivating students’ civic awareness.By sorting out the basic concepts of the sense of the rule of law and conducting practical research,it is found that students have some shortcomings in respect of respecting,studying,abiding by and using the law.Combined with these shortcomings,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the problems from the aspects of the perfection of teaching objectives,the mining of teaching contents,the optimal combination of teaching methods and the strengthening of teaching evaluation and summary,so as to achieve the goal of enhancing students’ "sense of the rule of law" and realizing the implementation of the core accomplishment of "sense of the rule of law".This paper includes three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are introduced in the introduction.Secondly,the research status,research ideas and methods are described.Finally,it points out the innovation and deficiency.The second part is the text.The text first expounds the connotation of cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in senior high school politics,and explains the necessity of cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in senior high school politics from the perspective of the state,senior high school politics,teachers’ professional quality and citizens’ awareness,and puts forward the goal of cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in senior high school politics.Secondly,through the analysis of the questionnaire obtained from the second senior middle school in yingkou development zone,the author points out the problems in cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in senior politics class.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of students’ awareness of the rule of law in senior high school political course,this paper puts forward four countermeasures with pertinence and feasibility.The third part is the conclusion.The conclusion is a summary of this paper and hopes to provide theoretical and practical reference for senior high school political class to cultivate students’ sense of the rule of law.
