As the saying goes,"Mathematics and physics are inseparable." Mathematics's role in physics,as De atad and Greca described,has historically undergone a three-stage evolution:from "an approximation between a description of the physical object in the real world and the structure in the ideal world",to "a language or a convenient tool for describing reality",to "the main driving force of new physical knowledge ".Until now,the relationship between mathematics and physics is no longer unidirectional,but a two-way interaction.Not only in the study of subjects,in the teaching of junior high school and the learning process of students,mathematical and physical methods also have a great correlation.Whether it is the establishment of physical concepts or the model construction and deduction of physical laws can not be separated from the support of mathematical knowledge.However,in order to solve the physical problems well,it is not enough to have only mathematical knowledge.A large number of studies have shown that in addition to students' mathematical knowledge,students' problem representation ability also greatly affects the solution of the problem.According to the theory of representation level proposed by Larkin and McDemott,problem representation can be divided into:characterization,plain representation,physical representation,mathematical representation.The mathematical representation is closely linked to the formulas,symbols and their related operations.Therefore,on the one hand,this thesis analyzes the mathematical knowledge needed by senior one students in physics learning,on the other hand,it investigates and studies the characteristics of the application of mathematical representation in physics learning.This article mainly adopts four research methods:literature research,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative combination,case interview and so on.First of all,through the method of literature research,starting from the requirements of the curriculum standard,this thesis collects and arranges the mathematical knowledge points and related mathematical models of junior high school mathematics,and based on typical cases,analyzes the mathematical knowledge involved in the physics study of senior one students and the relevant mathematical methods.After that,the author used a set of self-adapted test structure to carry on the questionnaire survey to some high school students in Wuhan,and used SPSS?Excell and other software to carry on the data statistical analysis to it,in order to study the actual situation of the students' ability of mathematical representation in the process of solving physical problems at all levels of high school at present.Then,the author selected the students at all levels to interview,let them report the problem-solving thinking in real time through the oral report method,and after transcoding,to study the students' difficulties in dealing with the mathematical representation link;through this series of ways,to analyze and summarize the practical mathematical difficulties encountered by the students in the process of dealing with the transformation of representation and the reasons for their formation.In the end,seven main conclusions are summarized and some teaching suggestion are proposed?...
