| This study aims to explore the current situation of the school-level competition system with the characteristics of campus football in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan.First of all,through literature research,understand the current research status in the field of campus football competition system;secondly,obtain data through questionnaires and expert interviews,and analyze the basic situation of school-level football competition system with football characteristics in Wuhan,such as the organizational structure of campus football competition,Rules and regulations,competition system,competition objectives,competition resources and other dimensions were analyzed;finally,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The leading groups for campus football work were established in various primary and secondary schools in Wuhan,responsible for the development of intra-school leagues and the training of young students The organizers of the intramural league are the middle-level leaders and physical education teachers of the school.However,there is a lack of professional football talents from sports departments and social institutions to participate in the coaching and whistle-blowing of intramural competitions.Each school has also formulated its own campus football development plan,and more than half of the schools have drawn up detailed campus football-related rules and regulations,mainly in after-school training and competitions,teaching management,teacher training,safety inspection and supervision,etc.(2)The characteristic football schools in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan have made great efforts to popularize campus football,established a campus football competition system for classes and grades,and the vigorous development of intramural competitions has created a good atmosphere for the development of campus football in Wuhan.The form of intramural competitions Rich and strong atmosphere,schools of each school stage actively explore the way of carrying out intra-school competitions according to the actual situation of the school’s venue and teachers.However,the scale of school competitions is small and the number of games is insufficient.More than one-third of the students have no chance to participate in the class league,and less than two-thirds of the students who have the opportunity to participate in the class league are mostly concentrated in 1-7 games,and only five One-third of the students can participate in the grade league,and most of the competitions are concentrated in 1-3 games.(3)Each school only followed the campus football development concept proposed by the state and the campus football development goals formulated by Wuhan City,and did not establish clear competition goals for students of different ages and football levels based on their own schools.(4)The salary-related guarantees for physical education teachers(football)in Wuhan are relatively in place,but there is a shortage of teachers,the professional level of teachers and coaches is low,and some teachers have not obtained the corresponding qualification certificates,and there is a phenomenon of working without certificates.(5)Wuhan is rich in competition resources,but some guarantees are not in place.The field and football equipment resources are sufficient,but advanced football training equipment is lacking;a sound insurance system has been established,but there is a serious shortage of first aid equipment,and the construction mechanism of guarantee measures for AED and other first aid equipment is not perfect.The lack of special funds in most schools has seriously affected the development of campus football activities.And put forward the following suggestions:(1)Strengthen and improve the organization of campus football competitions,deepen the integration of sports and education on the basis of the establishment of a campus football work leading group,introduce football professionals from sports departments and social organizations,and be responsible for specific intramural leagues Coaching,game whistleblowing,etc.Make the school football competition organization more reasonable and perfect.(2)Strengthen the further improvement of the campus football competition system of primary and secondary schools in Wuhan,do a good job in the popularization of campus football,and make preparations for the cultivation of outstanding reserve football talents;attach great importance to and vigorously carry out school football leagues in schools,hold larger-scale,A richer form of intramural leagues can fully meet the competition needs of students and better promote the improvement and popularization of campus football.(3)Under the premise of following the national campus football development philosophy and Wuhan campus football development goals,based on the school,conform to the laws of physical and mental development of teenagers at different stages,think positively,according to the situation of students of different ages,different school stages,and different football levels Objectively formulated in line with the school’s intramural football goals.Intramural competitions are guided with specific goals.(4)It is necessary to increase the training of campus football teachers and seek multi-party cooperation.Organize more campus football seminars,organize and encourage teachers to participate in training courses for campus football instructors and coaches.Schools with conditions should send outstanding teachers to exchange and study in football developed countries.Introduce high-level football talents and retired outstanding athletes into the campus to improve the teaching ability and professional level of football teachers.(5)To a certain extent,governments at all levels in Wuhan will increase the special funds invested in various football schools.At the same time,establish a sound market access mechanism to introduce social funds and resources into the campus,and enrich the source of campus football funds.Establish and improve the guarantee mechanism for students’ first aid,and regularly replenish relevant football equipment. |
