A Study On The Dilemma Of Integration Of Sports And Teaching In The Football Competition System Of Qingdao Middle School

Campus football competition system is an important part of campus football strategy and a strong support for effective implementation.The integration of sports and education can provide new momentum for building a high-quality campus football competition system.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the integration of sports and education in campus football competition system.Therefore,in order to find and analyze the breakpoints of the integration of sports and education in the school football competition system in Qingdao,and put forward the integration strategies to further improve the integration degree of sports and education in the school football competition system.By using research methods such as questionnaire survey,field investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper conducts a systematic study on the barriers to the integration of sports and education in the football competition system of Qingdao middle schools in terms of competition objectives,organizational structure,competition system,competition resources,rules and regulations.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,Qingdao has formed a campus football competition system featuring the integration of sports and education in four horizontal(primary school-junior high school-senior high school-university)and three vertical(President’s cup-County and district head’s cup-Mayor’s cup),which promotes the development of school football competition in Qingdao.However,there are still many difficulties and barriers in the integration of sports and education departments.(2)The different goals of the sports and teaching departments result in the weak motivation for the integration of the two departments.Although the competition system is called integration,it is actually suspected that each department is fighting for itself.(3)The lack of cooperation between the organizations of sports and education departments reflects the lack of integration between the organizations of the two departments,which makes it difficult for the cooperatively organized campus football games to play their due social effects.(4)It is difficult for the two departments of sports and education to deeply participate in the football competitions hosted by each other,and there is little overlap between the competition systems of the two sides.As a result,the competitions of the education department are not smooth in the transmission of talents,and the popularization power is insufficient.As a result,the talent selection of the sports department has gradually become a water without a source.(5)The sharing degree of material resources,coaches and other non-material reso urces between the two departments is not high,and it is difficult to form the resource complementarity that should be realized,which is the key factor that causes the poor integration of physical education in the campus football competition system.(6)In terms of athlete registration and mutual recognition of awards,sports and education departments do not have rules and regulations to promote the benefit sharing incentive mechanism of participants in the competition system(athletes,coaches,etc.),which is also an important break point in achieving the integration of sports and education.
