Research purpose:This study uses compositional data analysis to explore the relationship between the school day's exercise behavior(sleep, sedentary, physical activity)and obesity indicators and blood pressure in children aged 9-12 years,in order to more effectively implement children's physical activity Intervention strategies and school physical activity arrangements provide scientific and theoretical basis to improve the status of obesity among children and adolescents in China.Research method:In this study, children aged 9-12 from Zhengzhou Xintiandi Primary School were selected to use an accelerometer for a 5-day school day physical activity test. After integration,80 valid data(42 males and 38 females)were obtained. The basic data and obesity-related indicators(BMI,body fat rate, waist height ratio,waist-hip ratio)and blood pressure were measured. Then, through the component data analysis method,a multiple regression linear model of exercise behavior(sleep, sedentary behavior, mild physical activity, and moderate to high intensity physical activity),obesity indicators, and blood pressure was established to obtain the results. Results of the study:1.Basic situation of physical activity in children:MVPA for boys=39.4 minutes/day,MVPA for girls=32.6 minutes/day;mild physical activity for boys(LPA)=57.2 minutes/day,LPA for girls=48.3 minutes/day.The compliance rate of MVPA for boys per hour is 4.76%,and no one meets the criteria for girls.2.Except for boys 'BMI and girls' systolic blood pressure, the overall effects of the four motor behaviors were significant with other indicators of obesity and blood pressure(P<0.05).3.Compared with other sports behaviors, boys 'MVPA was negatively correlated with body fat rate,waist-to-height ratio,waist-hip ratio, systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05);girls' MVPA was related to body fat rate,waist-to-height ratio, waist There was a negative correlation between hip ratio and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05).4.Compared with other sports behaviors,ST of boys was positively correlated with waist-hip ratio and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05);ST of girls was positively correlated with body fat rate and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05).5.Compared with other sports behaviors,LPA of boys was positively correlated with body fat rate(P<0.05);LPA of girls was negatively correlated with BMI,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05).6.Compared with other sports behaviors, sleep of boys was negatively correlated with diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05);sleep of girls was positively correlated with waist-hip ratio and waist-height ratio(P<0.05).Research conclusion:1.The physical activity level of 9-12-year-old children in Xintiandi Primary School in Zhengzhou is relatively low, among which boys are higher than girls.2.The four active behavioral structures of 9-12-year-old children in Xintiandi Elementary School of Zhengzhou are all related to body fat rate,waist-to-height ratio,waist-to-hip ratio and diastolic blood pressure. In addition, boys are also associated with systolic blood pressure and girls are also associated with BMI.3.Long-term MVPA for children aged 9-12 in Xintiandi Primary School in Zhengzhou can help reduce obesity and lower blood pressure.Reducing ST helps reduce diastolic blood pressure;reducing ST in boys also helps reduce central obesity;reducing ST in girls also helps reduce body fat rates.Increased LPA for girls helps lower blood pressure.4.Zhengzhou Xintiandi Primary School 9-12 years old children have the best time range for the effect of sleep on obesity and blood pressure.
