In the late 20th century,professional accreditation originated from the United States,and the quality assurance system of higher education characterized by certification system has become the main model pursued by all countries in the world.In China,education accreditation started late,and higher education professional accreditation began to sprout in the late 20 th century.In the past five years,the explicit stimulating effect of higher vocational education on market economy has become more and more obvious.The construction of educational quality guarantee mechanism is of more significance to Our country.As an important means of external quality assurance for Higher vocational education in China,professional accreditation is not enough in theory and practice at present,so it is important and necessary to learn from the international experience of professional accreditation in higher vocational education.First of all,this paper mainly uses literature analysis and comparative research method,through professional accreditation,higher vocational education professional accreditation,higher education governance theory,quality certification theory to explain,so as to further enrich the theoretical framework of professional certification system governance model.Secondly,the status quo and system characteristics of professional accreditation in higher vocational education in the United States and Australia are analyzed.Finally,the author puts forward some inspirations for constructing the professional accreditation system of higher vocational education in China.Although China's engineering education has been carrying out professional accreditation system for some time,it has not been fully developed in higher vocational education.Therefore,this research through to the United States and Australia,two countries of higher vocational education in the literature research of professional accreditation system,and a comparative study,and in view of the current higher vocational education professional accreditation of weak links,and analyze the strategy to strengthen higher vocational professional accreditation method,realize its stakeholders win-win,promoting the development of higher vocational education connotation began in earnest.
