Agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood.As the primary industry,agriculture provides the most basic living materials for human beings.It is one of the goals to build a well-off society in an all-round way that agriculture becomes stronger,rural areas become more beautiful and farmers' income increases.However,there are some problems in rural areas,such as unbalanced regional economic development and inadequate development of people's livelihood.If it can not be solved well,it will hinder the development of rural economy and is not conducive to the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.To stimulate the vitality of rural development and promote the sustained,rapid and healthy development of the national economy,the growth of farmers' income is the key factor.Among the factors that affect farmers' income,human capital investment is an important factor that directly affects farmers' income.This paper studies the current human capital investment in China and its impact on farmers' income,and puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.Article on the basis of predecessors' research,first introduced from the aspects of theory and analyzes the rural human capital investment and the current situation of farmers' income,and then to increase the use of 2000-2017 panel data of 31 provincial level administrative region,the 31 provincial-level administrative region by region is divided into eastern,central,west and northeast of the four regions,to start a research from two aspects of the national and local.This paper divides rural human capital investment into educational capital investment,health capital investment and migration capital investment,and mainly studies the impact of these three variables on farmers' income,namely,the per capital GDP,the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries,the urbanization rate and the level of government fiscal expenditure.The conclusions are as follows: 1.At the national level,the three kinds of human capital investment have a significant promoting effect on the growth of farmers' wage income and non-wage income,and the influence degree of the three kinds of human capital investment on the income is education capital investment,health capital investment,and migration capital investment.2.From the perspective of the four regions,the three kinds of human capital investment have different impactson farmers' income in the four regions,and the impact on farmers' income in the northeast region is higher than that in the other three regions,which indicates that with the increase of investment in the northeast region in recent years,farmers' income increases correspondingly.3.Among the control variables,the per capital GDP index representing the level of economic development and the FIN index representing the level of fiscal expenditure show a positive effect on each region.
