Research On The Impact Of Human Capital Investment On New Economic Development In Three Provinces Of Northeast China

Currently,China’s economy is moving into a new phase,changing from a factor-driven economy to a new type of economy supported by technology and driven by innovation.In recent years,China’s economic structure has been optimised to a greater extent.The annual average value added of the high-tech manufacturing industry reached 10.6%,and the value added of new industries,new business models and new modes accounted for more than 17%of GDP.New dynamics of economic development are growing rapidly,and the new economy is flourishing.With its rich natural resources and solid industrial base,the Three Provinces of Northeast China have many natural advantages in developing a new economy.Human capital,the foundation of economic development,is the number one strategic resource for achieving quality economic development.It is particularly important in terms of technology and innovation,which are key elements in the development of the new economy.The study of the impact effect of human capital investment on the development of the new economy in the Northeast region is of great practical significance in orderly promoting the deployment of human capital investment policies,releasing new momentum for local economic development and realising the synergistic development of human capital investment and the new economy.Based on the above background,the mechanism of the impact of human capital investment on the development of the new economy is sorted out from three perspectives:technology human capital investment,education human capital investment and health human capital investment.The current situation of human capital investment,the current situation of new economy development and the current situation of the impact of human capital investment on new economy development in the Three Provinces of Northeast China are qualitatively analysed.Through empirical analysis,data on A-share enterprises listed on the main boards of the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets in the Three Provinces of Northeast China region from 2011 to 2021 were selected to quantify the extent of the impact of investment in human capital in technology,education and health on the development of the new economy in the Three Provinces of Northeast China.The empirical results show that technology human capital investment,education human capital investment and health human capital investment all contribute positively to the development of the new economy in the Three Provinces of Northeast China.Technology human capital investment and education human capital investment have a greater impact on the development of the new economy in the Three Provinces of Northeast China than health human capital investment.In view of the actual impact of human capital investment on the development of the new economy in Three Provinces of Northeast China,suggestions are made to promote the synergistic development of human capital investment and the new economy in Three Provinces of Northeast China from three aspects:increasing technology human capital investment to provide technical support for the development of the new economy,expanding education human capital investment to provide talent support for the development of the new economy,and increasing health human capital investment to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the new economy.
