Research On Overseas Training Mode And Development Of Chinese Young Football Players

From the popularity of campus football to the requirements of the youth foo tball echelon of professional football league clubs and the latest U23 policy,and to the emerging of the infant football education,China is gradually deepening t he importance of the youth football training,and overseas youth training has alw ays been an important branch of the youth football training.Since the 1940s,Ch ina began to send young talents to study in overseas football powers.Of juvenil e football in China the development of overseas training a variety of patterns we re analyzed,and explore the juvenile football in China,the development trend of overseas training mode combining with the characteristics of Japanese football a cademy development training mode for Chinese football academy improvement to provide the theory basis of reference,to expand overseas training team construc tion teenagers.In this article,through the collection of documentation,expert interviews,co mparative analysis and logical analysis methods based on the subject of studying organization,studying mode can be divided into:(1)"the football association+"overseas training mode(2)"club+" overseas training mode(3)"social enterprise+" overseas training mode(4)personal abroad overseas training mode.Overseas training mode to four teenagers football training target,source,source of funds,the player after study abroad to characteristic analysis,again through the concre te analysis of typical cases and found that the current juvenile football overseas training,respectively,the following problems:"The football association+"(1)do es not guarantee the domestic club and sponsorship enterprise related interests(2)a large number of assimilation study results."Club+"(1)uneven distribution o f club player selection resources(2)a large number of players export to domesti c sales." Social enterprise+"(1)the investment cost is large,the income is sma ll(2)the enterprise does not form the unified and standardized management.Ind ividuals(1)study abroad in a narrow way(2)study abroad funding problem is difficult to solve.According to Japanese youth football development characteristics and Chines e soccer development present situation and the study model of problem finally c oncluded the following strategy to further perfect our country the development of the juvenile football overseas training process:(1)perfect the relevant policy,pr omoting multilateral cooperation(2)the government support,expand the study ab road channel(3)to foster many football talent(4)the construction of domestic high-quality football culture environment(5)expand the player's media effect.An d the following conclusions are drawn:The "football association+" mode has th e most significant training results,but a unified national training system has not been formed,and the training faults are serious.The "club+" model currently ha s the largest number.Different clubs have different training systems.Some clubs have formed a circular transportation mechanism,but low-level clubs do not yet have the ability to transport players.The overseas training of "social enterprise+" and the model of individual going abroad is currently in the exploratory stage,and needs further planning and improvement.
