Since the promulgation of the Outline of the National Fitness Program,relevant data show that more than 700,000 national fitness paths have been established in the country.It is mainly distributed in urban leisure areas,urban communities,colleges,and countryside.It has brought great convenience to the people to take fitness exercises.However,the phenomenon of "rebuilding light pipes" appeared during use,and even after some fitness paths were completed,a situation of "one year is new,two years become old,and three years disabled" emerged.Some components have extremely low utilization rates and have been left idle for a long time,and some components have been left unattended after being damaged,which greatly reduces the effect of social welfare services.Further investigation found that in different areas of the path construction,its constituent components show obvious local characteristics during operation.Mastering these different performances facilitates planned,targeted management,use,and maintenance,and thus gives full play to the social functions of the fitness path.This article takes the local characteristics of the national fitness path component as the research object,and conducts sample surveys in rural areas,universities,urban public recreation areas,and residential communities in Heilongjiang Province.Interview methods,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,and field surveys were used to conduct research.Focus on reflecting the local characteristics of component usage with indicators such as component usage rate,frequency of exercise per week,time period,age,and purpose of exercise;The local characteristics of component maintenance and management are reflected by indicators such as the damage rate of components,the situation of repair personnel,post-maintenance methods and measures,guarantee systems,and maintenance investment.The study concluded the following:(1)There are significant differences in the utilization rate of different components:colleges have higher usage rates of strength and flexible functional components,urban public leisure areas,residents' communities use movements to ease movements,Rehabilitation functional components have a high application rate,and rural endurance,and high utilization rate of amusement components.(2)The practice period is closely related to the living environment and habits: the intensive period of practice in colleges is 15: 00-17: 00,the intensive period of urban public leisure areas is 19: 00-21: 00,and the intensive period of residents' communities is 5: 00-7:00,intensive rural time period 17: 00-19: 00.(3)There is a significant difference in the practice frequency: the practice frequency within the scope of colleges and universities is usually 3-5 times in the community and public leisure areas \ weekly,and the frequency is less than 3 times in the rural area \ mostly weekly.(4)There is a certain difference in the types of component damage: most colleges and universities appear in the lack of bearing components at the device connection.Most of the residential communities and public leisure areas are slow-moving rehabilitation components.Most of the rural components are fixed parts problem.(5)The indicators of local differences are not significant: the age performance of each locality is mostly elderly,followed by children,and the number of young people and young people is the smallest.The local areas are followed up by the installation of path components,updates,and maintenance funding.They show little concern.There are no organizations and departments directly connected in each local area,and there is no relevant practical system and regulations.Each local area also lacks fitness guidance links.
