Research On Participation Motivation Of Young Rock Climbing Enthusiasts

With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people are paying more and more attention to their quality of life and health status,gradually realizing the necessity of exercise,starting various forms of fitness exercises,and gradually changing the past single,boring,Passive exercise methods adopt active and diversified exercise methods.In 2016,competitive rock climbing entered the Olympic family after a vote of the International Olympic Committee Plenary Session,and then entered the National Games.Rock climbing,as a fashionable trend sport,is gradually favored by the public.The participation motivation of rock climbing enthusiasts is the most important factor to understand the climbing population and promote rock climbing.However,few scholars have conducted in-depth research on it,so this article is of great significance to the research of the participation motivation of climbing enthusiasts.Using research methods such as literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,and taking the participation motivation of young rock climbing enthusiasts as the research object,the following main research conclusions are drawn:(1)Fun motivation,health motivation and ability motivation are the primary motivations for young rock climbing enthusiasts to participate in climbing,followed by social motivation,internal driving motivation,conditional motivation;gender,age,occupation,and economic income directly affect youth climbing.Fans participate in the formation of climbing motivation.(2)Among the young rock climbing enthusiasts,the extroverted,open and rigorous personality traits are more motivated and more likelyto participate in rock climbing.(3)Extroverted traits,gender,age and neurotic traits are the decisive factors for the total motivation score of young rock climbing enthusiasts.The overall score of motivation for participation will increase with the prominence of extroverted traits,and conversely,it will decrease with the reverse change of gender,age and neurotic traits.(4)Young rock climbing enthusiasts tend to participate in long-term and short-frequency forms of participation.Moreover,young enthusiasts with high health motivation,internal driving motivation and ability motivation have more liberal participation in climbing,and there is no obvious correlation between their motivation and participation.(5)Busy work,less time,and excessive cost of climbing venues are the main reasons for restricting young rock climbing enthusiasts from participating in climbing,followed by the lack of venue construction,equipment facilities to be optimized,and lack of professional guidance personnel.influences.Combining the research results,the following strategies are proposed to promote the active participation of young people in climbing sports:(1)pay attention to the different characteristics of different groups,clarify the needs of participation,and stimulate the motivation to participate;(2)carry out mass leisure climbing events to enhance the participants' motivation and fun motivation;(3)Strengthen the hardware and software facilities,optimize the conditions and motivations of participants;(4)Give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities and cultivate professional talents;(5)Publicize the knowledge of climbing sports,cultivate the interest in climbing,and enhance the awareness of climbing participation.
