Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rock Climbing In Xi'an University

Research purposes:Across the country in recent years many colleges and universities have opened the course climbing built artificial rock,and established the rock climbing club and other student associations or PanYanDui,some colleges will be held regularly every year climbing league or the competition,and constantly high level athletes get good grades in the national rock climbing competition,this is undoubtedly great promote the development of the rock climbing sport in colleges and universities.The move is a sign of the growing importance of the sport as it has been selected as one of eight candidates for the 2020 Olympic Games from the start,and as the official competition for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in 2016.According to the investigation,it is found that the development of rock climbing in colleges and universities in xi 'an is not extensive enough at present,and the training and teaching implementation of rock climbing venues,facilities and equipment,as well as teachers are restricted by some subjective and objective factors.So this article will mainly in the development of xi "an university rock climbing status quo as the research object,combined with rock climbing around the development of colleges and universities in our country and their countermeasure analysis,to xi 'an has set up a rock climbing course of colleges and universities in investigation,find out the factors restricting the xi an rock climbing in colleges,and according to the current actual situation analysis,proposed can further promote the development of rock climbing sport in universities and colleges in xi 'an improvement measures and countermeasures.Research Methods:According to the research content of this dissertation,the main research methods are literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and field visit.I read a lot of books about rock climbing sport in colleges and universities information and existing research results,based on the xi'an with artificial rock climbing venues and climbing courses in colleges and universities conducted field visits,to of rock climbing,climbing facilities construction,rock climbing,teachers,and so on and so forth were investigated.It is found that there is a lack of professional talents in the rock climbing of colleges and universities in xi'an.Insufficient faculty;There is a big difference in the development between different schools;the theoretical construction is slow;On the basis of these problems,the author proposes to change the teaching concept and set up rock climbing courses.Improve the training of teachers,accelerate the construction of professional teams,improve infrastructure construction,and optimize equipment and equipment;Strengthen the activities of rock climbing in colleges and universities;Strengtheningscientific research on rock climbing;Strengthen team building;To strengthen the publicity of rock climbing and a series of measures and Suggestions to promote development.Research result:(1)At present,rock climbing has been offered in ordinary colleges and universities in Xi 'an,and there are very few colleges and universities offering rock climbing courses,and there is a lack of high-level professionals..(2)The relevant professional teacher strength is insufficient.(3)The differences of teaching levels and disciplines lead to unbalanced development of rock climbing in colleges and universities.(4)The concept of education reform is relatively weak,and rock climbing has not been given enough attention and promotion.(5)Lack of funds,not reasonable use of effective social resources to absorb social funds.Conclusion and suggestion:(1)The department of physical education should change the old teaching concept and vigorously promote rock climbing courses in colleges and universities.(2)Improve the training of teachers and accelerate the construction of professional teams.(3)Construction of climbing facilities,improvement of equipment and safety measures.(4)Increase the propaganda and effective promotion of rock climbing in colleges and universities.(5)Make rational use of school sports resources,vigorously publicize rock climbing,integrate various resources,carry out market-oriented operation,absorb social funds,and make up for the shortage of sports funds.
