With the development of the rock climbing,the colleges and universities is becoming more and more attention to the cultivation of rock climbers.Rock climbing is a body of athletes' physical qualities and comprehensive abilities requires higher emerging sports,in the process of rock climbing sport,the athletes' body for a long time in a kind of abnormal state of equilibrium displacement movement,in the irregular movement,requires that climbers who has a very good control ability and good body balance control ability.The physical ability is mainly manifested in the process of athletes in sports for the training of the core strength of upper limbs and lower limbs and fingers,but in the daily physical training,the most athletes often overlooked the core body strength training.As we all know,the movement of the limbs is fit through the trunk to coordinate,in to the body core strength has a higher requirement of rock climbing,the core power for the body parts of the body torso coordination power has a crucial role.Body torso of a core strength for the stability of the power transmission and body on the motion control will play a decisive role.So in rock climbing,if the lack of effective training for body torso core strength,will make the quality and level of rock climbing,the end result is led to the body in the process of movement coordination and stability decreased,thus the competitive level of athletes.In this study,through the experiment of eight weeks,during this time through the study of core strength training to the body core strength on the rock climber static balance and dynamic balance ability,the influence of the experimental results,for the body balance ability of research and development of rock climbing provide some experimental basis.In this study,through the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and related research methods such as comparative analysis with 20 students of fuyang teachers college sports education as experimental object,through 10 weeks under the static state and the motion state of body core strength training effectively,found in the condition of two different core body strength training for climbing athletes in sports in the process of physical stability and the influence of the physical control ability.Adopted by standing on one foot test experiment,8 bridge over,close the piaffe test,radial migration test,FMS to test subjects body stability and the ability to control changes before and after the experiment.After through these effective experimental method,comparing the athletes before the experiment and experiment of the body after the change of the indicators,and get the following conclusion:(1)in the close their eyes one leg to stand the test of experiment,the experimental group athletes and control group of the grades of the athletes,athletes increase than the control group,experimental group the grade of the athlete.(2)the experimental group and control group 8 bridge test scores were increased,and the experimental group improvement is greater than the control group.(3)the experimental group and control group in eye closure piaffe test grades,and the experimental group adhere to the longer.(4)the experimental group and control group(star migration test)scores have increased significantly,the experimental group improvement is greater than the control group.(5)the experimental group and control group in FMS(body functional exercise test)scores have larger increase,the increase is greater than the control group,experimental group the grade of the athlete.
