The late 20 th century,the study explored the "professional" teachers in many countries around the world reached an unprecedented height.In Britain and other countries,the study of curriculum decision-making preschool teachers are also more and more attention.Teachers were given new roles,decision-making powers courses in the curriculum reform have been given is also growing.Singapore is currently no standard or framework for professional competence of Children's Chinese teachers,Curriculum decision-making ability of kindergarten teachers as part of the professional competence of kindergarten teachers in the kindergarten curriculum change or development activities,how effective implementation is the reality and challenges of contemporary Chinese Kindergarten teachers must be faced.This article conducts an on-site inspection of the daily decision-making of Chinese teachers in a kindergarten in Singapore,and combined with specific teaching practice,presents the basic situation of curriculum decision-making ability.Through the analysis and description of the time,content,process,method and other aspects of the classroom teaching decisions of the Chinese teachers in the kindergarten's one-day teaching activities,it tries to show a more complete view of the decision-making ability of the Chinese teachers in the kindergarten.The author combines the five parts of the curriculum decision-making ability proposed by Oberg,namely the decision-making ability of the course objectives,the decision-making ability of the course content,the decision-making ability of the course teaching strategy,the decision-making ability of the course materials,and the decision-making ability of the course evaluation The questionnaire of the Chinese kindergarten Chinese teachers' curriculum decision-making ability was investigated,and the sample survey data of various types of Chinese kindergarten teachers in Singapore were used to understand the current situation and main problems of the curriculum decision-making ability of the Chinese kindergarten teachers in Singapore.Influence,explore the way to improve the decision-making ability of the curriculum,and form the basic conclusions and relevant suggestions of this thesis.The results of the questionnaire show that: Chinese teachers in Singapore kindergartens generally have the consciousness of curriculum decision-making,and all have certain corresponding curriculum decision-making abilities.It is considered that the aspect that best reflects the curriculum decision-making ability is the decision-making on the curriculum decision-making goals.Teachers show the most in the decision-making ability of curriculum teaching strategies,the highest level of decision-making,and the most recognized way to participate in curriculum decision-making is personal lesson preparation.Teachers' ability to evaluate and make decisions on the curriculum needs to be improved,and children's professional knowledge of Chinese teaching is still relatively lacking.Teachers' personal factors,children's factors,and kindergarten factors are the main factors that affect the decision-making ability of Chinese teachers in kindergartens.
