Following the process of social democratization, teacher's subjectivity in curriculum development is drawing more and more attention ,and that has become a tendency .In the area of early childhood curriculum ,the tendency is indicated by the promotion of autonomy of teacher's curriculum decision-making .Kindergarten teacher's participation in curriculum decision-making ,not only propels the from-down-to-up reformation of early childhood curriculum ,but also contributes the grown of teacher's specialization and become the key of kindergarten-based curriculum development. This dissertation analyzes curriculum decision-making of kindergarten teacher from two aspects: the theoretic angle and the practical angle. The analysis of theoretic angle mainly concludes three points: 1 .The curriculum decision-making of kindergarten teacher is an process of interaction of teacher and circumstances of decision-making, and this process concludes the action of teacher to circumstances of decision-making (which means that teacher rebuilds circumstances and makes them act for their purposes) and the action of circumstances of decision-making to teacher (which means that circumstances affect the teacher's cognition of decision-making and the interfering strategies to circumstances ).2.The curriculum decision-making of kindergarten teacher is an ordinal process.3.The curriculum of decision-making of kindergarten teacher mainly involves curriculum design .curriculum implementation and curriculum assessment .The analysis of practical angle mainly involves the analysis of the trait of circumstances of decision-making ,which is the trait shown in concrete occasions by the interaction of teacher and circumstances of decision-making .Traits of circumstances may be shown by the occasions of interaction, the contents of interaction and some affecting facts .etc. The occasions of interaction are the outer situation of teacher's decision-making; the contents of interaction are the processes of interaction of teacher and the outer situations; affecting facts includes the fact of teacher, kindergarten, district and society etc. But it doesn't mean the analysis of theoretical angle is opposite with of practical angle .Curriculum decision-making of kindergarten teacher should be a process of analysis of circumstances of decision-making accompanying with the theoretical analysis .So the curriculum decision-making of kindergarten teacher is a process of integrating trains of ration with traits of circumstances.
