The popularity and development of information technology has made people's work and life more and more inseparable from mobile communication tools.Due to the pressure of life and promotion needs,employees' communication with work through non-working hours is more and more common,causing the work field to penetrate into the family field as a social norm.The impact of this social phenomenon has caused many Scholars' attention.The current research pays more attention to the impact of non-working hours connected behaviors(referred to as W_ICTs)on employees' family interface-related variables(such as work-family conflict,marriage satisfaction,etc.),and less research on its direct impact on the work interface.Job satisfaction is closely related to the performance of work interfaces such as corporate performance,job burnout,and turnover intention.Therefore,research on the impact and mechanism of W_ICTs on employee job satisfaction has important theoretical significance and practical application value.W_ICTs,as an additional work requirement extending from the work area,can be regarded as a valuable work resource.Although W_ICTs have improved employee performance to some extent,they have also created potential overtime patterns and blurred the boundaries between work and family areas.Therefore,this study analyzes the impact of W_ICTs on job satisfaction based on the work-family boundary theory and work demand-resource model,and introduces psychological detachment and perceptible organizational separation norms as mediating and moderating variables,respectively exploring psychological detachment,The mediation and regulation effect of the perceptible organizational separation norms,with a view to cracking the methods of improving employee job satisfaction from the nature of W_ICTs content.This study conducted questionnaires for full-time employees in different regionsand industries,and used SPSS 22.0 to perform correlation and regression analysis on515 valid data collected.The results show that:(1)W_ICTs and employee job satisfaction There is a negative correlation between them;(2)Psychological disconnection plays a part of the mediating role between W_ICTs and employee job satisfaction;(3)The perceived organizational separation norms regulate the negative correlation between W_ICTs and job satisfaction.The results of this study are helpful to expand the research on the impact of W_ICTs and enrich the impact mechanism of job satisfaction.At the individual level,it provides a theoretical basis for individuals to effectively manage their own boundaries and cross-domain behaviors or to adjust their personal border penetration preferences;at the organizational level,it provides practical suggestions for organizations to improve employee job satisfaction and formulate policies that are conducive to employee work motivation.
