Since ancient times,family culture,as an important part of Chinese traditional culture,has inherited the fine character and national spirit of the Chinese nation and played a positive role in the construction and development of individuals,families and even society."No matter how much The Times change,no matter how much the life pattern changes,we must pay attention to the family construction,pay attention to the family,pay attention to the family style.College students are in a crucial period of personality development and improvement.Shaping ideal personality and cultivating good quality can help college students keep independent and sober judgment when dealing with problems and facing temptations.In traditional Chinese culture,family is the "root" and the foundation of one's life.Everyone's life will be influenced by the family atmosphere,and the shaping of ideal personality will be influenced by the fine family style.Based on this,cultivate and inherit the excellent family style,play the positive role of the excellent family style,strive to transform the ideal personality of college students,clarify the special influence mechanism between the two,and provide a new decoding method for the personality research of college students.Therefore,after determining the research topic,this study,based on bandura's Social learning theory,compiled the college students' family style construction scale,and discussed the influence mechanism of family style construction on college students' independent personality traits.Based on eriksson's psychosocial development theory and Marcia's identity state theory,this paper discusses the relationship between family style construction,identity style,causal orientation and independent personality,and constructs a theoretical framework,and finally draws the following conclusions:1.In the first study,based on qualitative interviews and empirical analysis based on grounded theory,college students' family style construction scale was obtained.The college students' family style construction scale consists of 24 items,including four dimensions: admonishment,habit compliance,value transfer and emotional connection.The scale has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an effective tool to measure college students' family style.2.In the second study,512 college students were empirically investigated by using the family style building scale,the general causal orientation scale,the identity style scale and the self-supporting personality scale,and the following results were obtained:(1)correlation analysis results show that there is a significant correlation between college students' family style construction and causal orientation,identity style and independent personality.Among them,the strongest correlation was found between family style construction and independent personality(r=0.545,p<0.001).There was a significant positive correlation between the independent orientation and the control orientation(r=0.233~0.335,p<0.001)and the non-individual orientation(r=-0.308,p<0.001).Family style construction was positively correlated with information style and standard style in the same style(r=0.331~0.474,p<0.001),and negatively correlated with escape style(r=-0.363,p<0.001).Independent orientation was positively correlated with information style and normative style (r=0.231~0.483,p<0.05),negatively correlated with escape style(r=-0.303,p<0.001),and positively correlated with independent personality(r=0.462,p<0.001).There was a significant positive correlation between control orientation and normative style(r=0.385,p<0.001),and a significant positive correlation between control orientation and independent personality(r=0.325,p<0.001).Non-personal orientation was significantly positively correlated with escape style(r=0.407,p<0.001)and negatively correlated with independent personality(r=-0.340,p<0.01).Information style and standard style were positively correlated with independent personality(r=0.362~0.435,p<0.01).Escape style was negatively correlated with independent personality(r=-0.384,p<0.001).(2)the results of regression analysis show that family style construction,identity style and causal orientation are the important predictors of college students' independent personality.The value transfer and emotional connection in the family style construction scale entered the regression equation,in which the predictive power of value transfer was the largest(t=13.526***),contributing 43.1% of the explanation rate.The three sub-dimensions in the causal orientation scale were all entered into the regression equation,in which the independent orientation had the largest predictive power(t=6,526***),contributing 13.9% of the explanatory rate.The three sub-dimensions in the identity style scale were all entered into the regression equation,and the predictive power of information style was the largest(=0.648,t=5.417***),contributing 23.6% of the interpretation rate.(3)the results of simple mediating effect analysis show that the identity style and causality play a part in mediating between the construction of family style and the independent personality of college students;The independent orientation and non-individual orientation of causal orientation play a part in mediating between family style construction and independent personality,with the mediating effect values of 0.178 and 0.193 respectively.In the identity style,information style,normative style and escape style all play a part in mediating between family style construction and independent personality,and the mediating effect values are 0.151,0.106 and 1.82 respectively.(4)the difference test results show that there are significant differences in family structure,family upbringing and mother's education level;There are significant differences in gender,only-child,professional type,residence,family structure and parenting style.The identity style has significant differences in gender,grade and whether to be a student leader.3.Based on the above research results,this study proposes corresponding educational strategies and Suggestions from three perspectives: individual,family and society,in order to cultivate good family style and improve college students' self-reliant personality.
