Study On Technical Analysis And Competition Application Of Junior Judo Athletes In Shandong Province

From the development of judo technology,the traditional iconic foot skills,hand skills and waist skills can be mastered,and can be applied in the competition.However,in the most representative of the body skills of the cross-body technology-the outer involvement technology,because of its unique principle of exercise,in the modern judo in various events play a unique and important technology,which becomes judo athletes more easy to practice master,and in the competition more use,and the most easy to score to win the competition technology.This study used literature,expert interview,video observation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,with Shandong Province junior judo athletes involved in technical training methods and the number of times the competition,success rate and other indicators for statistical analysis.Through a large number of literature and survey data,combined with many years of judo training and coaching experience,the impact of foreign involvement in the scientific technical training of various basic elements of a relatively in-depth analysis.In the course of research,the basic elements of foreign involvement in technology are how to promote the scientific development of technical training,pay attention to the combination of theory and practice,the combination of fact induction and theoretical interpretation and other principles.In this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The foreign involvement technology has been widely used in the junior judo championships in Shandong Province,the number of use and success rate are significantly higher than foot skills and hand skills,foreign involvement technology in the men's judo competition,only-60 kg and-100 kg class of athletes in the competition did not use the foreign involvement technology record,and with the increase of the level of athletes,The use of more and more times,the score effect is more and more obvious,making it one of the winning techniques of the game.In the women's judo competition performance in the position control situation has not easy to be counter-attack and connection technology advantages,with easy to use and quick results,but small-level athletes use the outside involved in the technology less times,relatively high success rate.(2)In Shandong Province,the junior judo competition athletes in the state of pitching with a purpose in the same position grip technology between the outside of the involved technology in training and competition used very much.Technologies such as waist sweeper,large outer tuck,large inner stow,neck-and-neck and other technologies and external involvement technology in the application rate is very high.The investment technology networking technology in the technical level there are different techniques and the technology under the position of the connection between the change of form,tactical system of defense and counter-attack instant connection,attack and different technical changes between the connection,defense and attack instant changes.In training and competition involved in the technical connection changes there are many forms,there are many technical links worth studying.(3)On the opponent in the competition standing into a different stand frame left and right,according to the observation record of the competition,Shandong Province junior judo athletes in the competition using the distribution of external involvement technology,full use of external involvement technology using their own weight and rotation of the combined force greater than the characteristics of the opponent's gravity to the opponent fell to score the victory.
