Research On The Characteristics Of Technical Application Of Chinese Excellent Female Judo Athletes Under The New Rules

With the development of Judo Sports,the International Judo Federation revised five new rules for referees in the working meeting of the Executive Committee of the International Judo Federation as early as October 18,2017,which was formally implemented on January 1,2018.The effective period of the rules in 2018 is from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020.The implementation of the new rules of Judo Sports has a positive impact on the development of judo in China and even in the world,and has a further standardized role in the use of judo technical movements in competitions.In order to understand the characteristics of technical application of Chinese Excellent Female Judo Athletes in the competition under the new rules,analyze the technical development trend of Chinese Excellent Female Judo Athletes in the competition under the implementation of the new rules more clearly,and provide scientific theoretical basis for judo coaches and female judo athletes.This paper takes the top eight women athletes of all levels in 2014 national Judo Championship,the top eight women athletes of all levels in 2018 national Judo Championship,the top four women athletes of each level in all groups of the final women's competition of2019 National Youth League as the research objects,and analyzes the technical sports characteristics they use in the competition.This paper uses the method of literature data Video observation,expert interview,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The specific research results are as follows:In the 2018 version of the new rules,there are more clear requirements and criteria for score determination;guidance and punishment can be accumulated for three times,and the third time is directly disqualified from the competition;the unlimited extension of the time of "Golden Point extra time game" until the final decision;there are more clear provisions for prohibiting the use of technical actions.The detailed revision of the competition rules of Judo Sports is conducive to the promotion of Judo Sports more widely.After the implementation of the new rules,the most commonly used and most successful techniques in the throwing techniques are the kneeling and squatting techniques;the most commonly used and most successful techniques in the throwing techniques are the small external hanging technique and the small external cutting technique;the most commonly used and most successful technique in the waist technique is the waist sweeping technique;the self sacrifice technique in the throwing technique is the waist sweeping technique The most commonly used technology with the highest success rate is roll in technology.After the implementation of the new rules,the most commonly used and highsuccess rate in the use of sleep technology holding pressure technology is horizontal square fixation technology,collapse square fixation technology,shoulder fixation technology;the most commonly used and high success rate in the use of sleep technology joint technology is wrist setback armpit fixation technology;the most commonly used and high success rate in the use of sleep technology strangulation technology is triangular strangulation technology.In the contact skill movement,the success rate of using the technology of throwing and sleeping is higher,and the commonly used technology is the technology of big outside cutting and cassock fixation;the utilization rate of the technology of throwing and receiving is higher,and the success rate is lower,and the commonly used technology is the technology of small inside cutting and inside thigh grafting;the utilization rate of the technology of sleeping and sleeping is not directly proportional to the success rate,and almost has little success.
