Research On The Influence Of Changes In Judo Competition Rules On The Development Of Judo Sports

Judo originated in Japan.At present,194 countries and regions around the world have carried out judo projects and joined the International Judo Federation,adopting unified rules of competition.With the passage of time,the judo rules have been constantly revised and improved,and the revision of the rules has led to the development of the projects.The latest judo rule changes have increased the visibility,consistency,science,and uncertainty of the competition.It has also promoted the commercialization of judo and allowed more people to participate in judo.Judo has now become a widely accepted and developed sports project in the world.Therefore,studying the revision and influence of judo rules can provide theoretical basis for the preparation of various competitions and the development of judo in the future.By using the methods of documentary data,video analysis,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,this paper studies and discusses the modification of judo rules and the influence of judo rules on the development of judo.In order to provide theoretical support for the training and competition of the sport and the development of the project.The findings are as follows:(1)The time of judo men and women is changed to4 minutes,and the score is also reduced to "one book" and "technical".The penalty for athletes 'negative games has become more severe,and the guiding penalty has been changed from 4 to 3 times.It also pays more attention to the physical protection of athletes.This requires athletes to actively attack in 4 minutes.The reduction of the score also has higher requirements for the quality of technical actions.The cancellation of referee decisions makes the victory of the game more reasonable and concrete;The revision of the judo rules has promoted the development of judo and returned to the essence of judo.The new rules clearly explain the requirements for the use of technology and prohibit the use of gripping below the waist.It has a great influence on wrestlers who participate in judo competitions and judo athletes who use shoulder cars and hands as their own skills,and has restored a more pure judo;(3)The revision of the rules of judo competitions has made clearer the requirements forthe use of technology by athletes,made the use of traditional judo techniques more prominent,and made the new rules more rigorous and accurate in terms of skill and mastery.It is the use of technology to fall the other party's technology,especially the use of traditional techniques such as carrying,body fall,internal stocks,and large external mows.Negative tactics in judo matches should not be used.Negative tactics that want to consume the other party's physical strength through negative defense are out of date in the game.Only through active offense can you obtain the possibility of active scoring,which increases the possibility that the other party will be sentenced to negative;(4)The rules of judo competitions have become more and more simple and clear,which is conducive to the rapid understanding of judo competitions by ordinary audiences who are unfamiliar with judo projects.The strict penalties for negative punishments and the revision and clear definition of scores have greatly improved the visibility of judo competitions.Integrity,consistency,and science make the outcome of judo matches uncertain.
