With the continuous improvement of people's income level and the increasing leisure time,more and more people love football fans to join this group,of growing army of fans,the fans also gradually become a social force in our social life,and show a strong group and regionality.Based on this,if the club wants to develop and expand the fan team as soon as possible,it must conduct in-depth research on the fan,especially the research on the fan support behavior.In the existing research,there are some deficiencies in the research on football fans' support behavior,which are mainly reflected in the small scope of research objects,the insufficient comprehensive and in-depth research on football fans' support behavior,the majority of researches focus on a certain team's fan support behavior and a certain aspect of the support behavior.In this paper,based on the actual situation of professional football clubs in Shandong,four representative professional league football teams in Shandong are selected for research,namely Shandong Luneng Taishan Team,Zibo Cuju Team,Qingdao Huanghaiqing Port Team and Qingdao Zhongneng Team.The four teams play in the Chinese Super League,Chinese League A and Chinese League B in professional leagues,with the home cities of Jinan,Qingdao and Zibo in Shandong province.In recent years,the four clubs have invested a lot of money,mainly through the introduction of high-level players and coaches and other measures to rapidly improve the overall strength and influence of the team,which has been favored and concerned by many Shandong fans,and the number of team supporters has increased year by year.Support for these four football club fans behavior study,shandong mining professional league football fans support behavior characteristics and influencing factors,can promote the shandong professional league football team in team management,fans the development of cultural construction,but also play a enlightenment function to the club and growth.This paper investigates and analyzes the fans of shandong Luneng Taishan Football Team(Chinese Super League Team),Qingdao Huanghaiqing Port Football Team(Chinese First League Team),Zibo Cuju Football Team(Chinese Second Team)and Qingdao Zhongneng Football Team(Chinese Second Team)participating in professional football league in Shandong province,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Crowd characteristics of fans of Shandong Professional League football team:The fans of each team are mainly male,accounting for more than 70%;Most of the fans are young and middle-aged,mainly 18-34 years old and 35-59 years old.The education of football fans is mainly concentrated in undergraduate or junior college level,and most of them have received higher education.In terms of professional background,the fans of the four teams are mainly enterprise staff;In terms of income,most of them are at the level of 3001-5000 yuan per month.(2)Behavioral characteristics of fans supporting Shandong Professional League Football Team:First,fan consumption characteristics:1.Characteristics of ticket consumption: The most important type of ticket consumption for fans of the four teams is the annual card,among which the proportion of fans of Chinese League B teams who apply for the annual card is higher than that of Chinese Super League and Chinese League A teams.The ticket consumption amount of fans of China A and China B teams is small,and the fan distribution ratio is similar in each consumption stage.2.Product consumption characteristics: Fan clothing and souvenir pendants are the main product consumption types of fans of the four teams.Team B focuses on fan clothing consumption,while team A mainly focuses on souvenir pendants consumption.The consumption level of the products of Both The First and second teams in the season is below 200 yuan,which is significantly lower than that of the fans of the Super League teams.Second,the behavior characteristics of fans watching matches:Shouting and cheering are the main behaviors of the fans of the four teams,among which the fans of Qingdao Zhongneng Team account for less in chorus songs and civilized collective body movements.Compared with the other three teams,zibo Cuju team showed more uncivilized body movements to opponents or referees than the other three teams.Thirdly,fans' interactive behaviors:Paying attention to the team news is the main concern of the fans of the four teams off the field,and most of them get the information through the Internet.However,most of the fans of Zibo Cuju put forward Suggestions on the Internet forums.(3)Factors that influence the supportive behavior of fans of Shandong Professional League football teams:First,the main factors affecting fans' ticket consumption behavior: the four teams are all represented by the venue of the match.Second,The influencing factors of spectator behavior in the stands: the main influencing factor of fans' positive spectator behavior is the score of our players' goal,and the main influencing factor of fans' negative spectator behavior is malicious fouls by opponents.Third,the main factors affecting the interaction behavior of off-field fans: the dynamic release platform of the club is the main factor influencing the off-field interaction of the fans of Shandong Luneng Taishan Football Team,while the other three teams believe that the birthplace of the club is the main factor.
