Module Type Management Research Of Men's Football Teams In Colleges And Universities In Shandong Province

By means of documentation method, Delphi technique,questionaire,mathematical-statistics and observation, this paper is researching on the 12 man football teams which have taken part in the university students'football league or the football of meeting for the universities and colleges, finding out the shortcomings and commen problems of football teaching .What's more, combining with the status quo of football teaching this paper also proposes a new management plan for the university students'football team training, and this would contribute greatly to the improvement of overall level of university football team as well as the popularity and development of national university.The research results are as follows:(1)Through the investigation of status of men's soccer team athletes, athletes, school management, coaches, funding, facilities, competition of 12 universities in Shandong Province, this paper analyzes the beneficial as well as unfavorable factors in the development of these college men's soccer team.(2)Shandong football has a strong mass base, in addition to the fact that province's colleges and universities have the basic training facilities and research facilities, and student players can accept the system of football training and scientific education. What's more, family support rate has continuously increased.(3)There are still many problems in the field of men's soccer team management, training and competition in the training mode of some colleges and universities in Shandong Province, such as not fully-developed coaches training system, no better solution to inadequate funds in learning and training contradictions, not enough emphasis on school leadership and support ; monologue technical and tactical training methods, ignorance of physical training, and irrational existing competition system and the cluster approach.(4)Modular management is issued for the purpose of solving problems men's soccer team of universities in Shandong in the field of management, training and competition issues arising. These problems will be classified, and sub-block managed. Through the solutions to the module management, training module combinations and competition module combinations for the Shandong college men's soccer team, the scientific management will be improved.
