Teaching skill is an important sign of teacher specialization.Among them,the education practice is the main link of training the teaching skills of the normal university students,which plays an important role in the process of the transformation of the normal university students from students to teachers.In the practice of education,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study how to effectively use information technology,accurately analyze the problems of normal university students in the practice of education,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Based on this,this study will be introduced to the teaching behavior analysis technology students teaching skills training,with six internship students' classroom teaching behavior as the research object,from theinstructional design skills,classroom teaching skills,teaching reflection multiple dimensions such as observation and accurate analysis of the teaching behavior,and provides the corresponding evaluation support.The research shows that the teaching support based on the teaching behavior analysis technology can effectively improve the teaching skills and performance of normal university students.The main work of this study includes:Firstly,design the dimension of teaching skills of normal university students under the condition of information technology.Through literature research,the connotation and characteristics of teaching behavior and teaching skills are clarified,and the development status and existing problems of teaching skills of normal university students are summarized and analyzed.In view of the observability and measurability of teaching skills combined with specific teaching situations,teaching skills are mainly divided into instructional design skills,classroom teaching skills and teaching reflection skills.Secondly,construct a teaching skill analysis tool for normal students withtechnical support.This paper analyzes the essence of the teaching skills of normal university students in the information environment,takes the teaching behavior technology as the carrier of the teaching skills training of normal university students,and formulates the classroom teaching skills observation table based on the teaching behavior of normal university students from the perspective of the observation and analysis of the teaching behavior of video classroom,which is used as the research tool of this paper.Thirdly,analysis the development path of teaching skills of normal university students.By means of questionnaire survey,case analysis,classroom observation,in-depth interview and other methods,the author analyzes the teaching skill development path of normal university students from multiple dimensions,and puts forward specific strategies for the teaching skill cultivation of normal university students.Practice shows that teaching behavior analysis has the characteristics of accurate feedback and strong operability,which can be used as a method to analyze teaching skills defects in the training process of normal university students.The improvement of teaching skills of normal university students is manifested in the following aspects:(1)the introduction of teaching behavior analysis is effective for developing the instructional design ability of normal university students,the instructional design concept of normal university students is strengthened.(2)the introduction skills,explanation skills,questioning skills,blackboard writing skills and ending skills of normal university students have made obvious progress,while the change skills and classroom organization skills of normal university students have no significant effect in a short time.(3)the reflective level of normal university students has been significantly improved compared with the previous stage.The reflective mode has also experienced a process of evolution from the shallow to the deep,from the surface to the inside,and the reflective content of normal university students is more comprehensive.
