Improving the quality of higher education has become the theme of the development of higher education nowadays.The key to improving the quality of higher education lies in the teachers and students,the effect of teaching and the effect of learning to reflect the quality of higher education.Therefore,this paper turns research attention to university teachers' classroom teaching behavior based on the perspective of students' learning,in order to put forward suggestion to improve university teachers' classroom teaching behavior from the perspective of improving students' learning status,and then achieve the goal of improving the quality of higher education.This paper uses the measurement method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method,the mathematical statistics method to carry on the research,the paper is divided into four parts altogether.The first part,introduction.Mainly including the question origin,research significance,literature review and research design.The second part,the relationship between university teachers' classroom teaching behavior and the students' learning status analysis.It mainly includes the investigation of students' learning status,the investigation of university teachers' classroom teaching behavior from the view of students' perception,the correlation analysis between the university teachers' classroom teaching behavior and the students' learning status as well as the decomposition of teachers' classroom teaching behavior positively or negatively related to students' learning.The third part,looking at existing problems and reasons of university teachers' classroom teaching behavior from the perspective of affecting students' learning status.The combination of survey data and teacher interview data analysis shows that the main problems of university teachers' classroom teaching are the following problems:Teaching preparation: lack of full and effective class;teaching form: classroom teaching more boring;Teaching organization:classroom awareness is weak;teaching interaction: classroom interaction inefficient,poor results;teaching feedback: do not pay attention to homework,review and feedback,etc.And then from the school level,teacher level,student level analysis the existence of these problems.The fourth part,from the angle of improving students' learning status,put forward to the suggestion of improving university teachers' classroom teaching behavior: First,guiding teachers to optimize teaching behavior from the school level,reform the teaching evaluation system,attach great importance to the teaching skill training,strengthen classroom teaching supervision;Second,improving teacher's autonomous diligence classroom teaching behavior from the teachers level,prepare to classroom teaching,attach great importance to the organization of classroom teaching,improve the quality of classroom interaction;Third,forcing teachers to improve classroom teaching behavior from the students level,strengthen the concept of learning education,student's study enthusiasm forcing teachers to improve classroom teaching methods;Implement process evaluation,students' classroom participation forcing teachers to improve the quality of classroom interaction;Attach great importance to the evaluation of students,students' classroom satisfaction forcing teachers to attach great importance to the capacity of classroom teaching.
