With the adjustment of policy,the development of economy and the change of ideas,Parents pay more and more attention to early childhood education.Accordingly,the early education industry has entered a stage of rapid development.Competition among agencies is also becoming increasingly fierce.At the same time,customer satisfaction plays an important role in the economic benefits and word-of-mouth of early education centers.Service quality is closely related to customer satisfaction,Service quality determines customers' choice.Therefore,if early education institutions want to gain competitiveness,economic benefits and increase customer satisfaction,they need to improve their own service quality.This thesis is based on the analysis of service quality and early education literature,and the status quo of service marketing service of R Early Education Center.Based on SERVQUAL model and service quality theory of early childhood education,a questionnaire on service quality of R early childhood education center was developed.A total of 24 questions,Questionnaire Release and Recycle for Parents in Early Education Center,collect data on service quality disparity.Combining with interviews with parents and employees,we find that there are some problems in the service quality of R Early Education Center.According to the theoretical model of service quality gap,the factors causing the gap are analyzed,and the strategies and safeguards for improving service quality are put forward.The external competitiveness of R Early Education Center was increased to provide evaluation tools and methods for the follow-up evaluation of service quality.This study enriches the service quality theory of early education industry and proves its operability in practice.But there are still some shortcomings,which need to be further supplemented in future research.
