The 21 st century is an Internet era and an era of prosperity for the Chinese nation.People pay more attention to the education of their children and are willing to invest in the future of their children.Under the current situation of China's marketization and diversification of education,the counseling industry has gradually developed.In China,the primary and secondary school counseling industry is the product of the market economy and the product of the test-taking system.The primary and secondary school counseling industry belongs to the education industry,too.It is necessary to have the teachers' qualification to engage in the education and counseling industry.The teaching management should be systematic,institutionalized and standardized.In the fierce market competition,how to maintain survival and maintain sustainable development and develop a large-scale operation,and how to improve the perceived service quality of trainees is the top priority.For the service industry,service is the primary function of the service organization.The service quality is the core factor that reflects the competitiveness of the organization.The evaluation of its service organization is also the evaluation of its service quality.The evaluation of the service quality of educational and training institutions is still a new research direction.Through the investigation of the trainees and their parents in Hongzhi Education and Training Institute,it is a new idea to evaluate the service quality of the training institutions from the perspective of the service target.By designing objective,fair and scientific survey scales and empirical analysis it is of great significance to measure the service quality of Hongzhi Education and Training Institutes.Based on the SERVQUAL model,the expectations and gaps of parents and of students in the service quality survey of Hongzhi Education and Training Institute indicate that the education and training institutions in Hongzhi have more or less dissatisfaction from the parents and students in every aspect.The empirical research proves the operability and practicability by applying the SERVQUAL model to Hongzhi education,so this paper will have seven dimensions-tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,care,information and practicality.The service and supervisory SERVQUAL model of service quality is determined as the service quality evaluation model of Hongzhi Education and Training Institute.If the characteristics of the evaluation object have changed,it is recommended to make appropriate changes to the service quality evaluation model of Hongzhi Education and Training Institute.In view of this,based on the SERVQUAL model,this paper proposes to improve the service system of the education and training institutions,improve the overall quality of teachers,improve the hardware facilities of education,improve the efficiency of teaching and auxiliary services,and establish the database of students and improve the strategy.
