A Study On The Phenomenon And Countermeasures Of "Buddhism " For College Students

At present,China is in the important strategic period,but also in the period of prominent contradictions.Young people live in a complex social environment.The influx and rise of various ideological trends and the collision of diverse cultures make some young people who are in the process of growing up appear cognitive errors and beliefs vacillate.As a new sub-cultural existence,"Buddhism" has spread widely in society,including university campus.The value orientation of "Buddhism" has the implication of negative escape,alienation from ideals and beliefs,excessive attention to oneself,etc.,and allowing it to spread is not conducive to the progress of young students themselves and the long-term development of the society."Buddhist youth" is still yearning for a better life,but because of the mismatch between ability and desire,ideal and reality collision,and other reasons,all the casual,muddle-by psychology,become the social "evaders" and "silent" young people.As the leaders and builders of the society,some of the college students have gradually adopted the life-style without desire and all the ideas of learning and living with the fate,and become the "bystanders" of the society.In view of this,this paper focuses on the current "Buddhist youth" group of young university students,aiming to grasp the current ideological trends of young students,do a good job of ideological guidance and ideological and political education of young students in colleges and universities,in order to construct the positive psychology of university students,guide students out of the "Buddhism" as the goal.Throughout the whole paper,this survey starts with the exploration of the origin of "Buddhism",gives a clear definition of it,and tries to clarify the relationship between "Buddhism" subculture and traditional Buddhism.At the same time,the author views and analyzes the phenomenon of "Buddhism" from a dialectical perspective,not only to explore the negative harm of "Buddhism" to the current youth groups,but also to explore the positive and beneficial aspects.Secondly,through the methods of questionnaire,interview and other methods,we can directly face the current "Buddhist Youth" group in universities,understand the current situation of the "Buddhism" of college students,analyze its characteristics and causes.At the same time,starting from the practical problems of "what kind of people to train" and "how to train people",according to the basic theory of the Communist Party of China,this paper discusses the value guidance and growth direction of college students,especially the "Buddhist Youth".On this basis,with the help of positive psychology and other related theories,we can guide college students to build a positive psychology,enhance their ability to resist the negative thoughts and realistic pressure of society,and get rid of the negative emotions of "Buddhism".And take the cultivation of positive emotions as the initial condition for the formation of positive psychology,guide students to form a positive mentality;secondly,inspire college students to cultivate positive psychological consciousness in the process of actively accepting themselves and improving their practical ability.The positive psychological consciousness is a kind of psychological tendency that is willing to make a positive explanation for things.Then,through the construction and improvement of social support system,it helps students form a sustained,stable and positive positive psychological quality,helps these young college students walk out of "Buddhism",buckle up the "first button" of life,high-quality talents with "ideals,skills and responsibilities".
