Group Work Intervention In "Buddhist" College Students Work Research On Ideological Conversion

The emergence and rapid spread of "Buddhist" hot words on the Internet is a microcosm of the rapid development of the Internet and social networks in China.It mainly represents some kind of "non-demand,healing significance" of the current society,life attitude and values.In recent years,with the increasing pressure of academic and social competition,more and more "Buddhist" college students have emerged.These students generally have the problems of low psychological quality,negative attitude towards life,and weak willingness to participate in activities.How to take effective measures to enhance the enthusiasm of college students to participate in activities,cultivate healthy psychological quality,and establish a positive attitude towards life has become an important issue facing many colleges and universities,which is also the original intention of this research topic.In this study,starting with the study of social workers involvement in the self-perception bias of "Buddhist" College students,the author conducts a questionnaire survey among some students of H University and finds that the current "Buddhist" college students in this university generally have problems such as low inclination to participate in social activities,insufficient participation and sharing,poor participation and limited contribution to participation,and combines the results of interviews to lead to "Buddhist" College students.” Based on the analysis of the reasons for the negative problems of College Students participation in social activities,this paper carries out group work intervention activities for "Buddhist" College students,and designs three series of activities,i.e.,"first-time ice-breaking","mutual recognition" and "dream effort",and evaluates the effect of group work intervention activities by means of self-evaluation of group members and scale evaluation.The research finds that group work intervention can improve H University's Buddhist students thinking and correct understanding of themselves,and initially achieve the desired results.
