College students in the new era are in the best period of the development of the Chinese nation.They are facing not only the rare opportunity to make achievements in life,but also the mission of the era that "the sky will fall to the great man".Lofty ideals and firm faith are the unbreakable driving force for a country and a nation.As erectors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new age,New era college student should set up lofty ideals.As an important part of their life ideals,career ideals not only reflect people's career values,but also affect people's career choices.However,with the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of the market economy system,the values have shown the characteristics of diversification,which has had a certain impact on the employment concept and career ideal of college students.Therefore,under the new era by examining students' vocational ideal status quo,analysis of the error and confusion,strengthen college students' vocational ideal cultivation,promote the combination of ideological and political education and the vocational ideal education,training more noble profession ideal,the correct professional values,a good professional quality of talents is the subject of ideological and political education should.This test is divided into four portions:The first portion is the introduction.This part elaborated the research purpose and the research significance of this paper,comprehensively sorted out the domestic and foreign research status of career ideal,indicated the author's research ideas and research methods,and proposed the innovation and deficiency of this paper.The second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of career ideal.It includes the meaning of ideal,the meaning and characteristics of vocational ideal,and the characteristics of the new era.The third part analyzes the current situation and reasons of the career ideal of college students in the new era.On the one hand,the author through access to a large number of academic data,and based on real life,is designed and handed out questionnaires,and interviews to individual students,through the arrangement and analysis of the results of questionnaire and interview,found that the new era of college students' vocational ideal general characteristics and existing problems,such as professional myopia cognitive lack,career objectives,professional orientation utilitarian,professional achievement desire is not strong and so on.On the other hand,through questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems of college students' vocational ideals in the new era,such as the lack of pursuit of college students' ideals and beliefs,the lack of attention paid by their families to vocational ideals education,the weak effectiveness of vocational ideals education in schools,and the imbalance of the guiding role of social vocational ideals.The fourth part is the foothold of this paper,mainly introduces the principles and specific measures of vocational ideal cultivation for college students in the new era.The principle of cultivation mainly includes the principle of combining theoretical guidance with practical experience,the principle of combining individual ideal with social ideal,and the principle of combining subjective factors with objective factors.The specific measures of cultivation are to improve the comprehensive quality of college students,to change the educational concept and mode of parents,to improve the vocational ideal education system,and to create a good vocational ideal cultivation environment.I hope that through these aspects of research to help college students set up the right career ideal,for the realization of the Chinese dream,for the socialist modernization to contribute their own strength!... |
