Occupation ideal is the goal that people establish on the basis of social requirements and personal conditions in imagination,and they are the professional realm that the individual desires to attain.The career ideal of young teachers and students is the advanced reflection of professional activities and career achievements,which is closely related to career cognition,career emotion,career expectation and learning situation.Predecessors combined with a variety of research ideas and spirit,through long-term cohesion,the career ideal of this topic has been discussed,the study of the ideal of kindergarten teachers and students in this situation will also be born.The significance of the research is to enrich the theoretical research on the education management of kindergarten teachers and students,and to study the ideal education management of kindergarten teachers and students as an important content of theoretical research.This paper starts from the school young teachers and students occupation ideal for occupation ideal situation is discussed,is conducive to the theoretical study of student management of rich young teachers and students groups and occupation ideal education in the field,based on the interpretation of young teachers and students occupation ideal concept,study the current vocational students majoring in preschool education status,occupation ideal,lack of the work of moral education in secondary vocational schools put forward countermeasures of preschool education occupation ideal education for students in the current educational situation,explore new ways of occupation ideal education.The paper is divided into several parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly explained the research origin,research purpose,ideal for the practical value of teachers occupation growth,clear the core concept of occupation ideal,young students and young teachers and students occupation ideal.The second part of the research status: mainly carries on the present domestic and foreign about the profession ideal,the young teacher and student occupation ideal,and its influence factor present situation summary and the literature commentary.The third part of the study design and process: the main research contents and steps are determined according to the theoretical foundation of the second part of the questionnaire to Avocational schools 300 students of different grades were tested,the data were collected and revised questionnaire.The fourth part is the analysis and research results: questionnaire survey of the 300 students,and their parents,teachers,students and management interviews,through quantitative methods to analyze the data,found that the majority of young teachers and students the occupation ideal is healthier and more active and reasonable,they have a personal understanding of the importance of occupation ideal,have their own the ideal occupation,occupation self-efficacy is stronger,can consciously occupation skill training,build their own occupation ideal.But some young teachers and students occupation ideal exists certain problems,mainly include: the intention of occupation is not stable,serve the grassroots education concept is weak,with a strong urban complex,lack of preschool teachers' occupation cognition,the lack of preschool teachers' occupation emotion and occupation literacy and skills is not strong.The career ideal of young teachers and students is influenced by individual factors,teacher factors,parents factors and group factors.Then this part analyzes the causes of these problems: secondary school entrance examination motivation multiple young students;misunderstanding of teachers' occupation education;young teachers and students in secondary vocational school teachers' occupation bias;ailing;and the system of vocational college students is not perfect etc..The fifth part of the recommendations: to solve the above problems,combined with the influence factors of preschool teachers occupation ideal,this study puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems of young teachers and students in secondary vocational school occupation ideal from many aspects: guide the vocational school young teachers and students to correctly understand the occupation situation and policy;strengthen home school communication;strengthen young teachers and students occupation ideal education;establish and perfect the young teachers and students training safeguard mechanism;to create a good atmosphere of secondary vocational preschool education occupation.The sixth part of the research review: mainly summarizes the content of this study,innovation,reflection on the implementation of the study and the existing problems,and put forward the follow-up research direction.
