As an important position of basic education,primary and secondary schools play an important role in the cultivation of students' early consciousness and values.The thoughts of primary and secondary school students are like a blank piece of paper.Although it is easier to shape,there are also obvious vulnerabilities.Therefore,it is necessary to give full attention to the education of socialist core values in primary and secondary schools.In the education of students' socialist core values,teachers play a very important role,and their awareness and ability in cultivating socialist core values will directly affect the effect of students' socialist core values education.Although in the course of curriculum reform in recent years,the school has continuously strengthened the sense of responsibility of teachers in practicing and cultivating socialist core values,but because teachers lack strong enthusiasm and initiative,teachers are practicing and cultivating socialist core values.The performance was too simple' and arbitrary,and failed to fully meet the requirements of primary and secondary education development.Based on this,it is necessary to investigate and study the relevant situations of primary and secondary school teachers' practice and cultivation of socialist core values,in order to accurately grasp the problems existing in the practice and cultivation of teachers' socialist core values,and practice the deepening of teachers' socialist core values.Provide scientific guidance with the development and implementation of incubation strategies.This topic is intended to take the Chang'an District of Xi'an as an example,and use the methods of literature,interviews,and questionnaires to study the status quo of the practice and cultivation of socialist core values for primary and secondary school teachers.Through research,it is found that the problems in the practice and cultivation of socialist core values of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Chang'an District are as follows:(1)the personal qualities of the implementation and cultivation of socialist core values of teachers need to be improved;The way to cultivate socialist core values is not scientific;(3)schools lack a normalized socialist core values practice and cultivation mechanism;(4)the environmental factors affecting teachers' practice and cultivation of socialist core values are complicated.In response to these problems,we must:improve the personal accomplishment of teachers' socialist core values,enrich the ways in which teachers practice socialist core values,improve the practice and cultivation mechanism of normalized socialist core values in schools,and purify teachers Strategies such as behavior and cultivation environment should be solved to promote the improvement of teachers 'overall socialist core value literacy,strengthen the construction of campus socialist core values culture,and enrich the teachers' socialist core values practice and cultivation effect.
