Teacher-student relationship is the most basic category in education and teaching,and it is also a new topic.It develops with the development of the mainstream value and culture in society and education,and its connotation is constantly changing.The socialist core values are the value orientation and code of conduct of contemporary China,and also the value idea that should be cultivated and carried forward vigorously in school education.Therefore,the study of teacher-student relationship based on socialist core values is carried out to construct the picture of ideal primary school teacher-student relationship from the perspective of socialist core values.We take the ideal picture of primary school teacher-student relationship as a reference to examine the reality of primary school teacher-student relationship form,so that we can understand and understand the relationship between teachers and students in primary schools more deeply,so as to put forward suggestions for better optimizing the relationship between teachers and students in primary schools.It is hoped that the suggestions made by myself to optimize the teacher-student relationship in primary schools can help the teachers-student relationship in primary schools to optimize their own,and then improve the quality of education and teaching in their schools,thus promoting the cause of school education and social development.On the basis of studying the relationship between teachers and students and the socialist core values,the author selects six key words from the twelve key words of the socialist core values: democracy,equality,friendliness,rule of law(norm),honesty and civilization as the basis of this investigation and survey dimensions,and using questionnaire,observation and interview methods to investigate some teachers and some students in M primary school,so as to understand and grasp the real situation of teacher-student relationship.The author analyzes the ideal picture of the teacher-student relationship in primary school with reference to the socialist core values,and finds that the main problems in the teacher-student relationship in primary school are: the management mode of teachers is not democratic enough,the status between teachers and students is not equal,the communication between teachers and students is less,the standard consciousness of teachers and students is not strong,and the honesty between teachers and students is insufficient.In view of the problems existing in the relationship between teachers and students in this school,the author from values,school education,teachers and learning Students and other aspects of the cause analysis,the main reasons are as follows: influenced by the traditional culture of our country and the bad factors in the relationship between teachers and students,the degree of integration of socialist corevalues into school education is not deep,restricted by teachers' educational ideas and their own quality,students' self-character and character characteristics.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the relationship between teachers and students in this primary school,the author puts forward four suggestions to optimize the relationship between teachers and students in primary school.personal accomplishment of the body;third,teachers should build a class culture of equal dialogue with norms,equality and democracy as the core;fourth,parents should help students form a good character and have excellent qualities.
