Feasibility Study On Developing Global Orientation Movement In Heilongjiang Province

The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of carrying out Orienteering in Heilongjiang Province.Global orienteering is a new Orienteering which integrates orienteering,tourism and culture.The project is based on Orienteering.By integrating tourism and cultural resources from different regions into orienteering,it constructs a culture oriented search behavior,which not only enables participants to effectively promote the healthy development of body and mind in sports,but also further improves their cognition and understanding of cultures,customs and habits in different regions At the same time,the cultural connotation of Orienteering makes it more meet the needs of the public for new orienteering.Heilongjiang province not only has rich regional culture and tourism resources,but also has a large number of Orienteering groups,but its existing Orienteering can not meet the needs of the public.Therefore,to explore the feasibility of Orienteering in Heilongjiang Province can not only better promote the development and utilization of tourism and cultural resources in Heilongjiang Province,but also better meet people's demand for new orienteering,and provide a reference for better serving the development of social economy in Heilongjiang Province.In order to systematically explore the feasibility of carrying out the all-round directional movement in Heilongjiang Province,this study uses the methods of literature,investigation,expert interview,practice,mathematical statistics and so on,and takes the regional tourism and cultural resources of Heilongjiang Province as the practice object to carry out the all-round directional movement research.The results show that:(1)orienteering is gradually formed and developed under the trend of more and more popularity of orienteering,the promotion of global tourism,and the popularity of the form of "sports + tourism".It has the characteristics of intelligence,culture,economy and education,and can meet the needs of the Society for new and high-quality sports.(2)Heilongjiang Province is rich in folk customs and cultural resources,the venue resources to carry out all-round directional sports and unique tourism resources.This not only laid the foundation for carrying out the whole area directional movement in Heilongjiang Province,but also ensured the feasibility of carrying out the whole area directional movement in Heilongjiang Province.(3)The researchers successively organized and successfully held the campus culture orientation of Harbin Normal University and the forest orientation of Erlong mountain scenic spot in Heilongjiang Province.They designed the "snow crossing orientation" sports program based on Hulan River Mouth Wetland Park,and won the second prize of the national interesting ice and snow activity creative design competition.The integration of regional culture,customs and landscape not only highlights the characteristics of the whole region directional movement in Heilongjiang Province,but also wins the recognition of the majority of participants,which proves that it is feasible to carry out the whole region directional movement in Heilongjiang Province.(4)Although the practice has proved that it is feasible to carry out the Orienteering in Heilongjiang Province,at present,there are some problems such as the difficulty of mining regional culture,the lack of cultural integration and presentation of Orienteering checkpoints,the low level of organization and management of the campaign,and the weak promotion of the campaign.As a result,it is not only difficult to obtain greater influence and social recognition,but also restricts the development in Heilongjiang Province.(5)In view of the problems existing in carrying out the Orienteering in Heilongjiang Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as attaching importance to the excavation and protection of regional culture,integrating and presenting Orienteering checkpoints in various forms,perfecting the organization of the orienteering,improving the management level of the orienteering and increasing the publicity and promotion,so as to promote the development of the Orienteering in Heilongjiang Province.
