Research On The Status Quo And Development Countermeasures Of Orienteering In Colleges And Universities In Heilongjiang Province

Orienteering is the use of a detailed and accurate orientation map and a compass,each point marked in accordance with the instructions sequentially visiting on the map,the shortest time to reach all bid for victory.Directional movement originated in Sweden,introduced into China in 1979,first introduced to Hongkong,one after another in 1983 to enter the mainland of china.The directional movement of this emerging sports project spread into the mainland of China is less than 30 years,but in some provinces and cities through the active efforts of support and management units at all levels of the Orienteering enthusiasts,has been rapid development.Higher school Orienteering has a positive effect on improving students’ comprehensive quality,investigation and analysis of current situation of Orienteering in Universities of Heilongjiang province and the existence,has a certain significance to promote the Orienteering in Colleges and universities of Heilongjiang province.The current situation of the development of the directional movement in Heilongjiang province is chosen as the research object,and the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and logical analysis are used in the study.Research results:1 The development of Orienteering in Colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province is not optimistic,mainly for although the state has issued the relevant policies,but the implementation is poor,not to the support of leaders of all levels,total capital investment is relatively small,equipment is backward,weak teachers,the development of traditional organizational form of single.However,Heilongjiang province has a unique natural environment resources,benefit from the extensive development of the directional movement,and the students of ordinary colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province have a strong interest.2 Factors of College Orienteering Sports in Heilongjiang province is carried out in many aspects: the leadership of the directional movement of the degree of attention,the problem of funds,equipment and facilities and map resources can not meet the needs of the students,teachers and teacher’s professional level,teaching method diversity,students on the directional movement of the level of interest in students,participate in Orienteering in the process of safety problems,carry out publicity and other events.3 According to the Heilongjiang Province ordinary university Orienteering development present situation proposed the development of countermeasures: use various means to attract the attention of leaders at all levels,continue to increase capital investment;take a positive attitude to solve equipment and facilities and map;increase teachers,to increase teacher training efforts;innovation organization method,improve students’ interest;vigorously carry out in orienteering competition,promote the development of directional movement;set the safety and improve the supervision system.
