Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Zhengzhou Kyokushinn Karate Club

Karate is one of the most recognized fighting events in the world,and the Kyokushin Karate is the leading school representative in the International Karate League.It has been widely recognized in the world,and has a far-reaching impact on the development of free fight,Japanese kickboxing and other fighting events.Zhengzhou is one of the first cities to carry out the Kyokushin Karate project in China.It has taken shape in the past 20 years.At present,it mainly conducts communication and teaching in the form of clubs.Kyokushin Karate is the representative of all contact karate,which is of epoch-making significance to the development of karate.With the development of karate into the Olympic Games,people around the world once again pay attention to karate.At present,most of the articles in China are about the research of competitive karate.There are few researches on the full contact rule of Kyokushin Karate,and the theoretical knowledge is relatively scarce.Through this study,more public sports fans can have a deeper understanding of Kyokushin Karate.This study takes the Kyokushin Karate Club of Zhengzhou City as the research object.Through the investigation and Research on the Kyokushin Karate club in Zhengzhou City area,by means of field investigation,expert interview,questionnaire,etc.,this paper studies the infrastructure,staff,members and related events of the Kyokushin Karate Club of Zhengzhou City,and draws conclusions according to the investigation data And put forward corresponding countermeasures.It is found that the main factors restricting the development of Zhengzhou Kyokushin Karate club are: the public lack of awareness of Kyokushin Karate;the operation form of the club needs to be improved;the training system of coaches is not perfect;the curriculum of the club is too single;the rules and regulations and supervision system of Kyokushin Karate market are not perfect;the lack of influential events and athletes.According to the restricting factors of the development of Zhengzhou Kyokushin Karate club,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward :1.Increase the promotion of the Kyokushin Karate,improve the public's awareness of the Kyokushin Karate project,cultivate professional management personnel,optimize the club's operation mechanism,and promote the commercial development process.2.Build a good training system for coaches,clarify the channels for coaches to rise and the mechanism of rewards and punishments,improve the enthusiasm of coaches' work,optimize curriculum innovation,focus on the diversification of teaching,and meet the needs of the public.3.Clarify the functions of the government,improve the management system,standardize the karate market,increase the support for full contact karate;strengthen cooperation and communication between clubs,and improve the influence of the event.
