Research On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Zhengzhou City Management Table Tennis Club

This paper reference literature and investigate operators,coaches and costumers of 10 tennis clubs in Zhengzhou by on-the-spot investigation,expert interview and questionnaire survey.From the result of the research,this paper get some influence factors in developing the operating table tennis club.And from these factors we can make some projects to solve the question in developing the operating table tennis club and give some idea in policy decision to the government of Zhengzhou.The results indicated that:First,most of the tennis clubs which had been investigated are privately owned,most of them are small and this put them at a competitive disadvantage.To solve this problem the owner should take some positive actions,such as chain-business and scale up.Second,these tennis clubs in Zhengzhou lack of efficient advertisement,this lead to they can't get enough members.So the owners should take some actions to improve effects of advertising and get more and more members.Third,the most of costumers in these clubs are man,and a lot of them are teenager.But these costumers' level of knowledge is low and table tennis fitness expense consciousness is not strong.The club should organize some action and game to improve table tennis fitness expense consciousness.Forth,the coaches in these clubs have a wide difference in age,clubs don t have too much professional coaches and most of them work as a coach less than one year.The wage of these coaches are different too,most of them can only get a low wage.Fifth,the operating table tennis club in Zhengzhou is in a good development prospects,most of the operating table tennis club operators have a positive attitude to the club,it also lay a strong foundation for a sustained and healthy development of the operating table tennis clubs.
