This research applies the theory and method of modern education technology,analyzes and deals with the informationization of examination papers through data mining technology,and researches and discusses related issues.Based on WEKA tool,this study USES k-means clustering algorithm to carry out cluster analysis and research on more than 1,000 examination papers of senior grade biology courses in the internship school.Firstly,the scientific validity of the test paper data is tested by using information technology and conventional paper analysis method.Statistical software SPSS was used to pretest the overall description,reliability,difficulty and differentiation of the test paper.The results showed that the scores of all the students were in accordance with the normal distribution,and the reliability values were all above 0.7,with high reliability.The difficulty value of most test questions is between 0.2 and 0.8,which is moderate.According to different types of questions,most of the objective questions are above 0.3,and the subjective questions are above 0.4.Therefore,the paper is of research value.Secondly,cluster analysis method is used to analyze and study the students' scores in a single test.Summarize and sort out the characteristics of different clusters of students,and conduct relevant research on the information obtained,In view of the problems found,the paper puts forward some teaching methods such as knowledge point guidance,group guidance and cooperative learning.The third step is to use the same information processing methods and methods to make a comprehensive analysis and Research on the students' performance in the whole academic year.According to the examination ability of question type,the paper summarizes the ability of each group of students,the situation of biology teaching and some trend indexes.Finally,the paper selects the performance data of all classes taught by a teacher for analysis and research.Through the comparison with other classes of students,find out the relevant problems,and give the relevant solutions.
