Brownian movement reveals the laws of the movement of matter.All molecules are doing random movements all the time and this phenomenon has contributed significantly to the discovery of natural science progress.So far the research of Brownian motion has developed from the field of physics to the field of mathematics.Its scope of application has also developed from the industrial field to the financial field and affecting people's daily life.As an important experiment in middle school physics teaching,there are many problems in the using of the teaching aid,such as low success rate and the phenomenon is not obvious enough.These problems have troubled many middle school teachers.In this paper,a new set of experimental schemes are designed on the basis of previous studies,and a set of Brown-motion teaching aids with opto-mechanical integration is designed for this scheme.The research work is as follows:First,this article discusses the discovery and development process of Brownian motion,and introduces the scientific research and application value of Brownian motion.After that,it introduced the development status of Brownian movement from two aspects of theory and experiment.It mainly introduces the theories such as quantum Brownian motion,Einstein diffusion equation,Langevin equation,particle tracking analysis method,and dynamic light scattering method.Then,this article introduces different types of existing Brown motion teaching aids,classifies and summarizes these teaching aids,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.After that,the article analyzes the operation process of the Brownian motion experiment,including the selection of Brown particles,the preparation of suspensions,the design of glass slides,etc.,and the shortcomings of Garcinia cambogia,pollen and ink particles as Brown particles.At the same time,it introduced the superiority of polystyrene particles.After that,I carried out an in-depth study on the Brownian motion,analyzed several factors affecting the Brownian motion,and proposed corresponding solutions.Finally,on the basis of the previous exploration,a set of demonstration teaching aids matching this experimental method is designed.The teaching aid comes with an automatic constant temperature system,which can set different temperatures to observe Brownian motion.
